And everyone had to deal with Adobe Creative customer service cloud in India and has endured really unacceptable interaction? If there are problems with the implementation at day then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version and remove the Firefox program folder to remove all remaining files.
Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

Looks like you have the default printer configured to be Microsoft XPS Document Writer. Go to control panel > printers and devices and see which printer is enabled in a green circle. If this is the XPS Document writer as I suspect, you can right click on your printer and then select "Set as default printer" after you do this, or if you cannot do this, answer with the brand and model of your printer and we are able to help if you have a driver problem.

I think you could have typed incorrect order in the run window. Here are the steps that may help you.
1 open administrative tools by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Administrative Tools.
2. double-click on Services. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. find the protected storage service, and click to select.
4. Select Properties.
5. in the Startup Type list, select automatic.
6. make sure the service of that status is started.
7. click on OK.
