  Hi, if anyone is able to help with this problem it would be much appreciated.

  All my devices (iMac 2013, 2013, iPad and iPhone 6 more) I send out daily notifications at least saying that I don't have enough storage on iCloud and pushes me to upgrade. I have turned off all backups to iCloud of my devices and manually deleted files off of my storage iCloud to the point where my iCloud settings I have the full 5 GB storage put at my disposal. However, I still get the notification saying that I need to upgrade or manage my storage. I even received an email from apple today services stating the same thing.

  What is a sync problems? Has anyone other access to my apple/storage account? (I changed all my security settings to the case where)

  If anyone has experienced this problem and can help please let me know - really don't know what the problem is.

  Via the official methods on the device (which is what I'm guessing that you have agreed), it is not supposed to erase your data. But nothing is impossible... where the importance of backups that is initiated by the user, in order to protect their valuable data. Based on what you say, unless you did some other backup before this happened, then your data are now gone and you have learned a valuable lesson (if painful) - there are two kinds of computer users, those who have lost data and those who will be. Backups, like insurance, are not a reagent or an optional activity.

Delete as soon as possible then change all your passwords and do all the security measures necessary to keep it/him/herself to regain access to your accounts.
