  No, 1 license, 1 installation, if you have installed another copy, it would be permissible to have two computers with the same license.

  I finally found the answer. I was able to display the users folder in Win 8.1. I just copied files of Thunderbird of the Win 7 Users\UserName\AppData\Local Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming files directory and directory to the same location on the 8.1 users folder.

  As soon as I did that and restarted my SMTP has been fixed and all address books were available. (And of course, it still works in the world of Win 7, too).

  From what I can glean the data in these records communicate key information at the Thunderbird not covered by the option setting for the folder in the program itself.

  Activating puts a 'mark of use' in the Adobe database... you are allowed only TWO active activations... so if you enable one, your 2nd install use then your activation allowed 2nd... where is indifferent (new drive in the same computer or on a different computer) only the fact that activation adds a 'brand usage' in database activation

Recently, I moved my scanner flatbed scanjet g4050 wifes to my computer to scan photos and negatives. The problem is when I install the G4050, I can scan is no longer with my Officejet 5610. Get an error message; "An error occurred just by contacting the HP imaging device. Try the following steps. Turn off and unplug for 60 seconds. The cord is properly attached. Reset. Uninstall and reinstall the device. Reinstallation of photosmart software.  Have tried all these. Does not help unless I have uninstall and remove the two devices and reinstall officejet 5610 ONLY. If I reinstall G4050 default folder which is recommended for multiple hp devices work properly then the 5610 can sweep is no longer. Error message as above. Running scan doctor and it says that there is a problem of façade. Go to the solution Center, click settings, scan settings, scan to Setup. When I click scan to Setup, I get the same error message as above. Both devices appear in the HP Solution Center each with its own tab. Is it possible to use these two devices on the same computer?

  These two devices will not be able to work together. The ScanJet uses a newer than the 5610 software the 5610 will not work with. You can try to install the ScanJet, then the 5610, but I don't think it will help. I'm sure that just does not allow two devices on the same computer because the software conflict. I'm sorry.

  Please try the steps below to re-create the store with the correct data.

  (1) open an Internet browser window.
  (2) type: %windir%\system32 in the browser's address bar.
  (3) find the CMD.exe file
  (4) make a right click on CMD.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
  (5) type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you're sure, select Yes)
  (6) type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
  (7) type: Rename tokens.bar tokens.dat
  (8) type: cd %windir%\system32

  What operating system do you use?

  What brand of computer are you using (HP, Dell, etc.)? Have you spent at the web site of the manufacturer and installed the drivers from HP, Dell, support of any web site page? Sometimes drivers that Windows installs are not as effective - especially if you have recently upgraded to Windows 10.

  I'm on a MacBook Pro with OS X Yosemite.  Computer has been completely cleaned, stored, updated, no problem other than my Adobe CS5 software will not work.  Photoshop, if I'm lucky that it will download, but a few minutes of the crash using.  InDesign won't open at all.  Illustrator, does not open.  Flash, none open - help from Adobe will not update because it says a file is corrupted etc etc etc etc.  I have my original disks with serial numbers to reinstall the software.  All I want to know is how to properly uninstall all the software on my computer and reinstall on the same computer without using my second activation code.  I can't seem to find clear, concise, simple instructions for this process.  "Disable" something before I have uninstall?  Where should I go for it?  What should I do once I have disabled everything I'm supposed to deactivate and uninstall the software, then reinstall?  I must return to some site to reactivate whatever it is I'm reactive?  I don't want to use my second activation code.  That's all.  Why customer comes from say the quick simple solution by phone beggars belief.  Yes.  I am quite aware that it is old software.  But it's your Adobe software.  Support me.  Because when you do not have, I have to post negative passive-aggressive messages like that on a forum online so that everyone can see.  I'm sure that you have all of the embarrassment of opportunity as you read this.  But I just want to assure that I do what I'm supposed to do without screwing anything other than it already is.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
