  I lost all contacts and emails.

  Have an iPhone 5s (new in December) using the latest operating system. Back to contacts with cloud, photos etc. have in desperation tried restore from the backup that I did in December but has not worked or the data is missing. I can't see the contents of the backup file, but it is one that I used when I changed service provider in December, it should be there.

  I guess the problem is somehow related to my problems to Hotmail because it seems too much a coinsidence have the same problem on both

  Recovering contacts from Hotmail is done by adding the account hotmail on iPhone.

  FYI iCloud do not back up the information that are already synchronized, and your hotmail contacts are synchronized with the iCloud contacts and Hotmail servers (if you had them would be synchronized with the iCloud server).

  To retrieve the contacts to iCloud you would go to icloud.com on the computer and go to settings after you open a session. In settings, you will find backups of your information is synchronized usually some contacts/calendars and other files, and you can choose the one you want to restore, but iCloud does not restore the hotmail contacts.

There is a catch 22, I can't get rid of them without their permission.

  You must be on a plan to upgrade BC at least a Web marketing plan to set up mail with it. I do not recommend the BC email in any case. Here is a blog post I wrote a while back to get around the limitations of email BC.

Also, you can watch by adding RAM (Random Access Memory) to your system. It may ask you to take it to a computer store, to add RAM, which is very cheap and is the best way to boost the performance of your system. See also below to ensure that your system is not infected:

  Try to start your system in safe mode:

  Restart your computer if it is running. Press and hold the F8 key after your computer powers initially on. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments. You should then be at the Welcome screen. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.   Hi I had my HP 7520 newly, first when I was scaning for email (gmail), I have no attachment at all. I removed the power and reconnected to the eprint service then and it worked fine for a few days.

  Now a new problem is coming, the arraives of attachment, but it is with file extension. So I need to download again to the computer. And rename "Filename" "nomdefichier.pdf" to be able to open it.

  HP have solved the problem, the analysis at the service of e-mail on their server has been resolved. It was a problem of HP online. Its now fixed. Hope it stay that way, because it is a good all in one printer.

  I suggest to try compatibility mode.  This will make Windows report itself as a different version to the by-pass, you've discovered the audit in the boring version games.  It is not always successful depending on how the game is written.

  But you can try it by right-clicking on the game shortcut, clicking Properties, then compatibility and choosing Windows XP in the drop-down list.
