  I had problems with a virus so I reset Firefox to its default values. This does not solve the problem, so I thought cancel reset and return to the settings that I got it to start. By following the instructions on how to do it, I have copy pasted everything in the "Old Firefox Data" folder on my desktop (which was supposed to be there due to reset right?). The only problem is that I apparently reset it before some time last year and the 'Old Firefox Data' folder on my desktop had only the data of the last year, the recent no reset. So all my favorites and extensions and settings and all are put back to the way they were last year, which means I lost EVERYTHING up here. I can't find a folder 'Old data Firefox' school which was supposed to happen with the new reset and I can't find anything with my original settings. Is there a way I can undo this? (I got a LOT of bookmarks that I'll probably never find. I NEED undo it.)

I've tried doing a reinstall and that didn't stop my crashing Explorer.   What is the manufacturer, brand and model number accurate and complete from your computer?  What is the manufacturer, the brand and model of your keyboard?  We can not help you without more information on your specific computer.
