Illustrator CC 2014 extremely agitated. Help, please.

I just bought a basic model of the retina iMac 5 k with installed Yosemite. All other applications CC worked like a breeze except illustrator. Illustrator is extremely agitated and almost impassable. Can someone help me?

SeanJM,

I've just updated to 2015 for CC and Illustrator is back to be catchy, soft and sensitive on a retina iMac 5 k!

After installation, a pop-up "GPU Compatible detected" auto activated the new GPU Mac settings.

If it does not automatically for you, go to:

CC Illustrator > preferences > GPU Performance - and check the box 'GPU Performance '.

Thanks to the Adobe team for the updated engine up-to-date!

I can recommend without risk now of creative cloud at 5K retina iMac users.

Edit: This is using the AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4 GB graphics card.
