Trial version is identical to the purchased version. No need to uninstall the trial, you can simply serialize and use it.

Your files that you created when you work with the Trial Version of AI could be saved to the specified location. Trial is done has nothing to do with created and saved the files. These are your files. Please check the folder or directory you saved. If you have saved the on creative cloud, do log on to: www.adobe.com with some CC files check your goods and your credentials.

The solution can be even simpler than that. All you have to do is use the serial number of your purchase to activate the trial version to fully use. There is no difference between the versions of trial and full versions, except for the time, that you are authorized to use. Serial number removes the time limit on the trial version.
