  Try the following steps to check the issue.

  1 try resetting preferences

  Press Ctrl-Alt-Shift on PC as soon as you click on the Illustratir icon to reset the preferences to the default settings.

  2. If this help not try to remove all printers from the system one & check.

  3. in addition, you can try to set the boot system & check if still HAVE plant if you try to create a file.

  I have upgraded to Windows 10 July 29. Since that time when I launch Illustrator and then try to create a new document, I have an error message that Illustrator has stopped working and it stops. Then when I restart Illustrator, I get a message the document retrievals and having to save as. This situation has just started occurring only after that 10 of Windows Update has been installed.

  I worked with the Support technique Adobe yesterday. As soon as they are off the GPU, CC 2015 performance has worked well. I'm working on Windows 10 with NVIDIA graphics card. My brother says it seems to be a driver problem and hopefully MS, Adobe and NVIDIA will send an update so that the GPU Accelerator can be used properly.

  Also, they had to rename a couple of files in the folder settings in AppData (en - us folder) before you start I.

  I am trying to create a Firefox sync for my girlfriend account. Anyway, whenever we try to create account, Firefox Sync page still blocked after email and the password are filled and the page shows only 'Treatment' and turns a blue circle at the bottom of the page.

  We have tried on 3 different computers (current running Windows 10) with the same result. We tried another e-mail (Gmail first, was second Yahoo) and waited about 5-6 minutes per hour, but no response has been given by the page. We tried to add/no add information about age, but it does not affect the account creation process. Firefox systems are still running.

  Hi fra55, unfortunately this is currently a known issue in firefox 50 when you set the browser to run in permanent private browsing mode ("remember never history ' in the options > confidentiality Panel).   When you create a new DP, use sizes offered by InDesign or the size of the unit?  I fell on this question when I was looking for the sizes of the various devices and found that the iPhone 5 s, iPhone5c and iPhone4s sizes differ the defauly dimensions offered by InDesign.

  Also, should I worry about the DPI of resolution?  With the iPhone, they all seem to be 326ppi, but when it comes to other devices it's something I should consider?  Ideally, I could create DPS apps for all devices offered in digital publishing in InDesign (iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire/Nook and Android).

  It's a little surprising that it is the way it is for a while now. Rather than create a fg with the attached css html, DW invites you to create a new css / replace the existing one. Why?

  The part confusing here is that the "css Attach leader"offers two options.

  1. fix like a normal CSS

  2. attach like a css FG

  If you check the preference to "Join as fluid grid CSS" (see attachment) you should not see this question.

  

  that is, unless you attach the css like a css FG, DW treats like any other css and waiting for you to bind one another css FG
