Im trying to print a file, but whenever I try windows media player keeps telling me that it is a codec missing, if I need a codec that you can I put on my computer

Hello

1. what application you are printing - Microsoft Word or Internet Explorer, etc.?

2. has been the fine print before job?

3 did you changes to the computer before the show?

Method 1: Ideally, Windows Media Player has no connection with the printer, it is possible that any software third is the origin of the conflict, place the computer start-up to clean and see if that helps.

A clean boot to test if any element of service or third party application startup is causing this issue.
