  • Windows Live Movie Maker cannot read a particular DVD title while Windows Media Player and VLC can.

I use WL Movie maker to convert DVD titles/chapters/files .vob in a readable WMV format for consumption on my Windows Phone for later viewing. The DVD is open and has no right of use of media and every other title/chapter on the disk except for this one, I've converted using Movie Maker.

Windows Media player and VLC Media player can read without problem. Can I also hidden the specific section (and high school) with Divx Plus Converter in Divx format, but Movie Maker can not identify/read the article and simply extract 14-minute shows with nothing in it, even though it has about 25 minutes. Video player can read more about the chapter that is the second vob related file in the section.

I feel it is a problem with Movie Maker and its algorithms have encountered a scenario where he lost his mind, because I have to kill the Movie Maker, because never happens to expire.

    Hello

Your MP3 player should have 2 settings - MSC that should allow the player to be used as a
external drive and PSG that is the parameter to use to sync with WMP11. Remove the MP3
and restart the computer. Change the MP3 in MTP mode - it power off and plug it in.

  • My windows media player and dvd.

Hello I have a laptop with windows vista and my windows media player does not burn the songs or veiwing DVD and when I go to Itunes It does not burn the songs or audio books that I have. and I called around to see what it is I do. I'm trying not to re - store the laptop but if it comes down to it them I guess I have to. If anyone can help me find out why this happens thanks

    Hello

Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
    the question.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
contacts data with a pencil eraser.

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    Hope these helps.

  • Dolby digital cross disappeared in windows media player 12 (WMP12)

    -using the Win7 ultimate
    -using the WMP12
-using the M-Audio Transit usb 'sound' (Bay passing by)
optical cable to my ability to use)

    problem:
It happened on an old computer of mine and it has happened now on my new
so here's the thing: when im watching a video (avi, dvd or whatever it is) in wmp12 it used to send the Dolby Digital to my ability to use, but after deleting WMP12 and re - install, this function just disappeared.

now: wmp12 still says Dolby Digital lower-left corner but he won't send it to my ability to use, it sends through normal stereo sign

Please someone find me a solution

(the following responses are not solutions):
-check what codec is installed: the divx codec is installed and is not causing my problem
-Maybe your card driver its a bad shot: no it is not, its ok and it does not cause my problem
.. .These are just for, saying no not the things I know are ok)

    Hello

Please check this box. Open the tab for reading audio control panel. Go to the properties of your. Select the Advanced tab. In exclusive Mode, ensure that both options are checked.

If they are, this problem only happens with Windows Media Player? Or pass by not working not not in any application?

    Thank you
