  Please, try the following steps:

  Click on Finder and then in the Ribbon of apple. Click on Go > utilities. Both Manager dustbin of adobe and adobe creative cloud records applications.

  Step 2)

  Click this link to remove the creative cloud.

  Click on finder, again option on the Ribbon of apple to go > go to folder

  In the search bar, type ~ might.

  Then go to the Application Support > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Click on finder, again option on the Ribbon of apple to go > go to folder

  Type / library in the search bar.

  Then go to the Application Support > Adobe.

My office had a small problem and I got it clean and reset to the factory settings. I'm now creating upward. I installed Firefox and made Google my default search engine. Then I logged in sync - no problem (even email, password... I wrote it!) I clicked sync, but my favorites are not come to the top. I closed Firefox and re-opened, but still no bookmarks. I looked at the settings and everything is checked. I wouldn't change anything. What Miss me? Thank you.

  Both devices use new synchronization and more importantly on Firefox 30.

  If you you don't need the synchronization of the former, and even if you use the same address as used for synchronization of the old all should operate under the new synchronization.

  I think that the new synchronization drops devices that have not synchronized within the past 21 days.

  There is a Snow Leopard update that would probably help.  It's called 10.6.8 Combo update.  Download and apply.  Then discover iTunes.
