• How can I buy Mobile with Lightroom?

  I tried Lightroom Mobile and found it very useful, but my trial ended and it has stopped working. There is no option to purchase the app and the only thing I found was that it is included in a subscription to creative cloud.

  It costs £8,78 per month, which is too much, because I'm an ODP, and I've already paid (several versions) Lightroom. I have no interest in Photoshop CC, life is too short to spend hours playing with my photos.

  Please make sure that the image you are trying to synchronize is not absent in the Lightroom Catalog.

  Mobile Lightroom is just an opinion and should not be confused with the Collections.

  Try to add an image to your desktop in a collection that is also synchronized with mobile phone.

  You should find the image in the collection on your mobile phone once synchronized, and it will also appear in the display of photos of Lr.

  You have the choice of synchronization of specific collections you want.

  In the Panel collections, there is a sync button on the left of the collections that you can choose and set the collections that you want to synchronize.

  And the same button can be used to stop the synchronization for a specific collection.

  OK, let's assume that you have installed on your mobile device from the Dropbox app. Then in LrMobile, you go to the image and press the share icon. The second element is open, and you should see listed Dropbox. Choose it and dropbox app then gives you a Save button that downloads the adjusted image.

  I have not checked if this includes metadata, and it seems to be a single image at a time. I used it only to get adjusted screenshots from my iPad to someone, if it works for you is so something you will need to evaluate and perhaps something else will be more suitable. My guess is that if you load an iOS FTP application (many of them around) you would go through a similar workflow, button share and then share or opened in.

  What version of Lightroom do you use?

  • Simply to Pause the synchronization in mobile Lightroom identity plate.
  • Right-click on the identity plate, and then select 'Lightroom'.

  A smart album, I'd be able to have all the photos with the www.lesormes.com mentioned above on my iPhone without manually moving the new fotos from my normal album.

• Am I the only one annoyed by the flashing "start with Lightroom Mobile" in Lightroom?

  Any time, I move the cursor to the upper left of the Lightroom work screen, to export an image or open another catalog, white 'Get started with Lightroom Mobile' text flashes quickly on the screen in a way that suggests, to me, a cheap on a Web page advertising mobile.  I bought access to Lightroom, and I think it's lame that Adobe should use such a method to get out their products to users.  If I buy the Mobile with Lightroom, this mean that whenever I try to close the program or perform another mundane task, that "Get Started with Lightroom for Mac/Win!" starts flashing on the screen?  And why stop there, Adobe?  It is an advertising space now, so feel free to create a ticker for your new products and services and good, why no time, too?

  I'm sure it's only a continuation of the slow creep of advertising into every moment of life, and I have, on the one hand, say thank you Adobe!  I certainly do not get enough of that already!

  If you don't want to see, click on the menu just drop down to the right of the view and choose one of the options to turn it off. I don't remember what it is, but you can disable mobile Lightroom. It's your choice.

• Why Lightroom 5.6 stopped mobile sync with Lightroom?

  All of a sudden Lightroom 5.6 stopped mobile sync with Lightroom. I created 3 new collections that I need to sync... and Lightroom for desktop computer is just sitting there saying sync 28 pictures (of which there are 39 to synchronize) and their synchronization does not despite being connected and saying sync is turned on.  What is going on?

  Could you try to delete the sync.lrdata file, and then restart LrD. It would restart/refresh sync (metadata only).

  Remove the Sync.lrdata can solve everything that is the question.  Or, at least, could trigger to reproduce. So to remove the Sync.lrdata start Lr and wait until he either synchronize or gets stuck again and creates a new diagnostic log that can at this stage we hope to provide some clues.

  If your subscription includes Mobile with Lightroom, you can create collections to synchronize the images needed and to make this collection public so that others can see these images although will not images high resolution.

  Intelligent previews of these images will be synchronized.
