iMessage Notifications stopped working

iMessage Notifications (badge, banner, and sound) ceased to work on iPhone 6 (IOS 9.3.2) but works on iPad Pro 9.7 "(IOS 9.3.1) time using the same Apple ID."   It is a new and started last week.  The only change to our Apple devices is an older iPad using the same identifier Apple was removed and reset and is now associated with a different ID to Apple.  I have confirmed that are Notifications for iMessage on the iPhone and nothing is blocked.     Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

The movement with the older iPad shouldn't affect it

On the iPhone hit - make sure you please do not disturb is not lit - indicated by the presence of a Crescent Moon in row of upper right icons

If it's not-

Turn off iMessage in settings-> Messages

Sign up for iPhone

Disconnect from the iCloud

Do a forced reboot - after all open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.

Meet the sleep/wake and home buttons down until you see the logo  - then release and allow normal start upward

Then sign in all

    Hello

atiumd64.dll is part of the ATI video drivers so check with the help of ATI, their online
documentation and drivers and ask questions in their forum about known issues. It can
be necessary to return to an older stable version.

Think about it an absolute must - manually update your drivers.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded
on your system. For each driver in the list, additional useful information is
Poster: load address of the driver, description, version, product name,.
company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit Maker as replacements and system manufacturer of device which are
the most recent. Control Panel - write - graphics card - device manager
the brand and complete model of your video card - double click - tab of the driver-
Note the version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this can do nothing
MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard
If there are 3rd party with their own software and drivers and the other main device drivers
    you have.

Now, go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restore)
and site (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get the manufacturer and device
their latest versions. (Look for the system to update the BIOS, Chipset and software updates
    Site of the manufacturer here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN -.
    REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you are
installation actually appears. This is because that some rollback of drivers before the
later is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a driver - reboot.
Make sure that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW to the device makers DO NOT RUN THEIR
SCANNER - check manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installation and update of drivers under Windows 7 (updated drivers manually using
the above methods is preferable to ensure the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system
    and device manufacturers are located)
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable driver facilities
in the updates of Windows, which leaves on Windows updates, but it will not be installed
pilots who are generally older and cause problems. If updates provides a new
driver then hide it (right click on it) and then go get new ones manually if
    you want.

  • iMessage, FaceTime has stopped working

    iPhone 5 16GB, iOS 9.2.1 (13D 15)

MacBook Pro 13 end 2011, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

    Hello guys,.

just need some advice. I am (was) using iMessage and FaceTime on my iPhone and MacBook. Last week I went on a business trip to London and got notification that I can't use the iMessage and FaceTime (which was OK, because I got the same message on my business trip to the Ukraine and everything worked fine after) but when I got back to the Czech Republic, iMessage and FaceTime has stopped working. I tried to sign and sign back on MacBook and nothing. I got notifications in iMessage and FaceTime on my MacBook which now using my phone with number correct everything and it still does not work. Does anyone know what what could be?

    Thank you.

What happens when you try to send a message or launch a FaceTime?

  • iMessage suddenly decides to stop working

iMessage works fine on my iPhone 6 and iPad, but all of a sudden on my Mac, it will not be activated. It worked fine on the Mac until 15:00 yesterday. At home, opened my Mac and it suddenly stopped working with FaceTime. I keep trying to enter my credentials from Apple and it get the message that there is an error with the activation. Credentials still work in the app store, within this community and iCloud himself.

Note, I have a problem with iTunes Apple tried to fix last week, which included an update of the operating system and the keychain. He fixed the my account to iTunes for a few days, but I finally got an "error of processing of your application to iTunes Store" again which means I can't buy things via iTunes on my Mac, but it will make the app updates. Not a huge problem because I can always buy via my iPhone, but I don't know what the problem is recurring. My MacBook Pro is a former model - purchased Feb 2012. All updates have been made. But the iMessage thing is a big problem.

I was hoping that I woke up this morning and he himself would have worked out during the night. Tried a reboot.

  • Why has my menu drop-down screen for notifications to stop working? The bottom screen will pull up but pull down is not. IPhone6

Why don't my notification pulldown screen stopped working on my iphone 6?

    Hi Nomoitunes,

I understand that you are not able to open the screen of Notifications on your iPhone 6.  This feature has never worked on your iPhone?  What iOS version are you running?

To get notifications, you must be connected to a Wi - Fi or cellular network. If you do not get notifications for a specific application, try the following steps:

    1. Make sure that the application supports notifications. Go to settings > Notifications, select the application and ensure that Notifications are enabled, and 'Show in Notification Center' and "Show on lock screen" are enabled as well.
    2. Make sure that you are connected to your Apple ID on your iOS device. Go to settings > iTunes & App Stores and enter your Apple ID and password.
    3. Make sure you do not disturb is turned off. Go to settings > do not disturb and tap manual if it is enabled.

If you are still unable to swipe down on the home screen to access Notifications, try to restart your iPhone.

If the problem persists, go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings

  • IMessage stopped working on macbook pro el capitan

I have a macbook pro with el capitan and Iphone 6plus. My previously working imessage doesn't work through my iphone anymore (worked previously) why unknown. No recent changes. I don't know if I exactly how they synchronize - through apple ID or Icloud. I disabled transfer of messages on my IPHONE to try and reset; now when I try to turn it back on, it ask for a code from my mac, but NO code will appear on my mac (as I remember previously). I can't send or receive messages, nor can I make a call from my mac using my iphone. What I am doing wrong?

    Hello

    Process.

On the iPhone in the Messages application settings is enabled.

This allows him so send iMessages

If you also set the SMS allow it that does as well and will send as SMS if the other end seems not to be registered with iMessages.

This means that the iPhone is send and receive only with iPhone number.

Then you turn on the Mac version by adding an Apple ID for the iMessages account in the Messages application.

This can then send and receive using the Apple ID only.

Then, you add the Apple ID for the iPhone.

It can then "sync" (really, the view on all devices) the iMessages sent to the iPhone or the Apple ID from there in time to leave the number.
A pop-up on the Mac appears telling you that the iPhone uses and accepting it adds iPhone number to the list of alternatives in iMessages account on Mac.

These iMessages are "synchronized" through the iMessages Server (nothing to do with iCloud)

The next step, if your iPhone and your Mac can do, is to be on the same LAN for the transfer of text.

The iPhone needs to be WiFi on and join your local network (the Mac can be WiFi or Ethernet LAN)

You can activate the transmission of text, then the Code number must appear on the Mac which should then add to the iPhone.

Reset this bit might need several goes until both devices forget their origin "twinning".

This works on your network connection.

Basically the iPhone is "sharing" its SMS connection on the support service that the iPhone becomes.

    Things to check

In settings > Messages on the iPhone Send and Receive section cech.

The number must be marked (active) and disabled (user cannot change this even if it sometimes fails)

If it's Unticked then the number may be deregistered from the servers of iMessages.

If this is the case then disable the App and wait FRO a few minutes before turning back on.

Now, wait until the number has checked.

Once he has done this, you can reset all the other settings (Apple ID, text Forwarding)

If the number is actually disabled on iPhone then many aspects of Messages do not work.
