iMovie dealt with only 4 k better than the first. I got lost? Help

I'm trying to see if I'm doing something wrong or missing something. I have 4 k 3840 x 2160 footage recorded on my iPhone that I have downloaded on my i7 3.5 ghz quad core, nvidia 1070, 6 GB ram, ssd, pc on Adobe and without using a proxy, I could not change the images. The raw 4 k has been trolling and freezing and would not play even at 1/8 res. OK for fun, I imported the images into iMovie (not CPF) on my old 2012 4 GB of ram, i5 2.5 ghz MacBook and it instantly imported and washing and playback was flawless. I'm lost. How is it. I didn't choose any encoding in iMovie. Is there some choices I select first or something. Also I know that it's the Adobe forum and I write for someone who is familiar with both platforms that I am trying to get my PC and first to work like the move

I don't know anything about it on Imovie... another that he is not a pro NLE. And some of the video apps fans are specially designed to work with the VFR, that most of the pro NLE are not.

Many 'film amateur' apps take a lot less computing power to work, as... Well... they are far away as complex and big a program. Don't want not to say that they are not very good for what they are designed to do, only that they have a different fill niche.

The standard to get images of the iPhone in PrPro, recommendation is to use the free program of handbrake to convert the VFR in CFR iPhone and then import them into PrPro.

Handbrake download page: https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php

And no, I would not recommend trying to import VFR and PrPro do proxies on ingestion... convert to the CFR before import, or use other applications to change.

IMovie can work with this phone better than PrPro images, but... There's a hell of a lot of things PrPro can do that Imovie can not even dream of. If you need those, then your application PrPro. If not, well...

I'd take a peek at Photoshop or Illustrator.

Photoshop is a pixel based image editing program that is well suited for creating and editing digital images, especially photographs.

Illustrator is a vector program that is great if you want to create vector graphics based that you can scale up without loss of resolution, for example, a logo.

What you choose really depends on your needs and knowledge if you create bitmap images or vector.

I'm close. ListField.drawListRow is called for every row without problem, but the two graphics.drawLine only are displayed (shot) in the first row at the point of coordinates noted.

I have a 6 d and it really spoiled me with its low noise high ISO capabilities. I wonder if the 70 d is much better than my 7 d when it comes to managing high ISO. It has the same sensor as the 6 d and I really like this display on D 70.

  • Subscription of the CC of Lightroom is better than the stand-alone version? [was: CC subscription]

  • Set the following fields in 'read only' to take data from the first occurrence?

Hoping that this can be easily done without the need for scripting.

I'm working on creating a form of proposal. There are a few areas where I would like the first instance of an editable field, but the rest would be locked so that they are even taken out of the tab order.

Example: On the first page, I have a field for the name of the company. This field is reproduced in the pages of the proposal. Each field has the same name. So all data have concluded one of them are dealt to each of them.

Ideal solution: Front page field is editable, and is where data is entered. "All the following fields are defined as 'read only' and take their 'master' field data" so someone can't make a change to this form, for example, the third page and have this error repeated throughout the document.

    Is this possible?

I use Acrobat Pro DC on Windows 7 pro.

    Thank you.

You use a script to do it, but it's very simple.

If the 'master' field is called "Text1", then enter this code in the calculation script customized for all other areas that need to have its value:

    Event.Value = this.getField("Text1").value;

  • Static text is much better than the dynamic text with the same font settings

    Hello

I have exactly the same parameters for static and dynamic text, but the static text seems much sharper. Someone knows why?

There is a slight difference, but I would not say much better. Incorporate you the dynamic text characters.

  • Taking an HDR photo, why do you want 1, 2 or 3 F stop adjustment? One is better than the other?

When you take HDR, what advantage does different values of stop F offer. I seem to be able to set the values, and the results are similar.  When should I use a value of 1 vs 3 worth?

The idea is to extend the dynamic range of your camera.  The wider you make your efforts more wide range you can cover.  However, if you do the steps too big then the software will have problems stacking images.  Just like when you stitch a panorama of several shots, you make sure that there is a lot of overlap between the two.  2 eV (stops) has just settled on a common to use step: it works fine for programs, and it gives you good range with shooting a minimum.  I don't think that there is nothing more than that.

Insofar as you see is not a difference with 3 increments: more modern cameras - by Canon -become around 11-12 stops of DR (at ISO 100).  Shooting a shot HDR 3 with 3 levels gives you about 18 stops of the DR.  That's a lot.  Chances are the scenes that you take pictures is not that much DR, this is why you don't see much of a difference.

  • 2.4 ambient light: images on the screen with LR has more warm than the setting of the others...

THE IMAGES ON THE SCREEN WITH LR2.4 HAS A TONE HOTTER THAN SETTING OTHER PHOTOEDITING INSTALLED ON THE SAME COMPUTER PROGRAMS. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE KEY IN LR2.4?

In fact, it is a well known problem with Lightroom. It emerges from all the

time on this forum for windows systems (others can testify of this fact and)

must be the reason why John suggested recalibrate above). Some monitor

profiles of this vessel from manufacturers (or that some packets of calibration

generate) have intentions of corrupt perceptual rendering. If it is present,

Lightroom uses the perceptual intent. Photoshop always uses the parent

one. This can lead to differences between Lightroom and Photoshop. Sometimes

These differences may be really obvious (as they are here) and sometimes it

is just visible as a permanent slight Posterization or coloring in the shadow areas. The

solution is to calibrate and profile using equipment, or if you care

on the color and contrast of your images (hard to call you a photographer to)

However pointing) your windows installation is simply to guess than sRGB

    for the monitor.

Bottomline: When you see a difference between Lightroom and Photoshop for

files with the same settings in LR and ACR, the cause is in 90% of cases

    a "bad" or inappropriate for

Monitor profile in Lightroom and in 10% of the incorrect settings in the color

    tab management in Photoshop.

Someone on this forum once noticed that if I had

received a dime for all the moments that I suggested that the monitor profile

has been bad and the poster came up saying "but that may not be true."

to discover after much insistence to calibrate / profile in fact the

show that he has the profile, I'd be rich. Of course, I can't count

the number of times that this has proved to be the case. In the end, I could be

able to buy a beer for the income, but to become rich?
