Import music from iPhone to iTunes

Hello

I have songs on my iPhone that I don't have on my Mac, so I was wondering how it would be possible to get the music to sync with my iTunes data rather than be the other way around.

Thank you

If they are iTunes purchases can do file > devices > transfer purchases in iTunes on your Mac must more copy in his library.

Is they are other sources (e.g. copied from CDs or bought from other sources), and you do not have a copy of anywhere (for example on the computer on which they have been synchronized from where on your backup of your library), then there is some programs listed to halfway down this page which should be able to copy their return : recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device

  • Transfer songs from Apple music from iPhone to iTunes

    Hello world

Most of my songs is downloaded directly from Apple music on my iPhone. I think that my iPhone and my PC is connected somehow through the same Apple ID

Whenever I want to sync my songs from iPhone to iTunes on my PC, my PC already knew that I downloaded music and it downloads the music once again in the iTunes - wasting the time and plan internet - to copy music from my iPhone.

Is it possible to simply transfer the downloaded music from my iPhone directly to my PC / iTunes? Logically speaking music is already there in my phone so the only thing it takes is just to copy it, no need to download it once more.

    Thank you!

P.S. I'm using iPhone 6 (iOS 9.3.2) and 10 Windows with the latest version of iTunes (12.4.1)

    Hi arisastrosubroto,

Thank you for coming to us in Apple Support communities for support. I know it's important to have access to your music on all of your devices, so I'm happy to help you to provide advice for you to get it working again.

If the music you want to transfer was purchased from the iTunes Store, you can use the information here to transfer these purchases to iTunes:

Redownload or transfer of your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer

If this music was not bought on iTunes, but simply added to your Apple's music library, iTunes works as it should and will be instead just download these same elements directly in iTunes.

I hope this helps clarify things a bit more. See you soon!

  • Synchronization of music from iphone to itunes which are not bought or on the computer

    I know... crazy sounds...

Okay, so I got a Dell with all the music stored on the hard drive. This includes songs that were not purchased via Itunes. Of course, he ends up dropping and the hard drive crashes. I decide to buy a Mac. When I connect my phone to Itunes, I can't do anything with the music on my phone that has not purchased. I don't have access to all of the music more. Is there anyway to transfer the music from my phone to itunes on mac if is not on the computer?

There are a few programs listed to halfway to the bottom of this page that might be able to copy their return: recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device

  • import music from cd to itunes

I have a 2014 Macbook Pro, which does not have a CD slot.  I have a CD with the music on it I want to put it in iTunes and then on my iPhone.  Is this possible?  I had it on my iTunes using my Macbook Pro 2009 account which has the slot, but this computer doesn't recognize any of my music even if I signed my iTunes account.  Then my same account iTunes on my new computer is not the music CD in what I imported on the old computer to the same account.  I'm confused!

That makes two of us!   for gettting the CD with the music in iTunes on a MacBook Pro, which does not have a CD slot, you ' need to use a computer with a CD slot and a USB key. Put the CD in the drive, it will appear on the right side of the screen of your computer, and then plug the USB. Double click on the CD to open and there you will see a few pieces of music. Double-click on the USB key to open it and now drag the tracks on the CD open on open thumb drive. You should see a sign that says "Now" "copy". When it's done, you should see a number of pieces of music on the USB. You can now close the CD (or eject it) then ejected the thumb driver properly by dragging it to the trash. Do not just remove the decision-making, it is well connected, just the eject, and when it disappears from your screen, then you can unplug the unit and plug it into your MacBook Pro 2014.  You also need to find your old iTunes library on your new MacBook Pro.  (I got this Apple)/./// quit iTunes... Go to the iTunes folder that contains the files to iTunes library. in the MenuBar at the top of your screen, choose go > home page, open the music folder, and then open the iTunes folder. Drag the file from the library itl iTunes on your desktop. in the iTunes folder, open the previous iTunes libraries folder. Search for the file named iTunes WHAT LIBRARY XXXX-YYY-ZZ where XXXX-YYY-ZZ is the date that you updated iTunes. Copy this file to the iTunes folder (including the folder), rename it to iTunes and open iTunes library. You should now see your missing content. Please note: all changes made, such as the additional new songs or new playlists created may be missing

    good luck to you

    Hi shin men,.

Unfortunately using ITunes is the best way to transfer music from Iphone to computer.

However there are some third-party programs available online that can also help.

You can communicate with ITunes to check if they have an easy way to transfer music from Iphone to computer.

  • How do I import music from my iTunes library

Hi, I have first 14 elements and I want to know how do I import music from my iTunes library into a clip.

[title edited for clarity by mod]

Most of the itunes music has integrated copy protection that will prevent you from using it in a video editing project. If you try to load a song into Premiere Elements of iTunes, it throws an error message upward.

This is true of iTunes. Music from Amazon, for example, can be used without problem.

Although, as I showed you in my book on Amazon, you will always get the best performance with the program is use you exclusively the WAV audio format for your music. You can convert most audio formats to WAVs download free Audacity.

Where is the music? If it's on the iTunes store and then with the same AppleID on Mac, you can download it again. There is no easy way to transfer music from iPhone to Mac, and you're not supposed to do anyway.

If the music on the iPhone has been transferred from another computer, you cannot connect your iPhone to another music library without erasing music on the phone.  Give us more details.

  • Import pictures from iPhone for WIndows 8 by Date the photos were taken

How can I import photos to date they have been taken from my iPhone 5 for my laptop that has Windows 8? Currently when I import pictures from my phone, they are saved in a folder with the date on which I'm importing, not the date the photo was taken.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand you have questions, import photos from IPhone to the Windows computer. We will certainly help you with the same.

In fact, by default, the pictures and videos are saved in the pictures folder in a subfolder named with the date (for example, 2013-09-10). But, if you want to make changes to the template files will be saved.

In addition, you can try to refer to the article mentioned below as a solution, saving pictures in groups (folders) of SHOOTING DATE instead of the date imported in bulk. Follow the suggestions of Geoffc1 and see if that helps.

  • How to import music from my iPhone to a new Mac?

I recently bought a 13 "Macbook Pro and tried to sync music from my iPhone to the laptop, and yet when I tried to watch iTunes says that he wants to wipe the phone to sync it to the new computer. If I do this, I lose everything, because my old computer Microsoft is irreparably damaged and I do not have a backup of my music. Considering that I have thousands of songs on my phone I do not disappear and be replaced by those that I bought through iTunes. Is there a possible way to transfer my music on my Mac without wiping the phone?

  • Deleting music from iPhone (impact on...)

    Hello!

I deleted all the music and playlists from my iPhone camera 6.  And I have no music stored in iCloud.

What happens to the music and playlists stored in my iTunes media (on my Windows PC) folder when I connect my iPhone via USB cable.  For example, is there a risk that music on my PC will be deleted if I sync.

In the end, I want to replace the music and playlists that I delete on my iPhone with music and playlist from my computer.

    Thank you.

There is no risk of any music being deleted on your PC if you have deleted the music on your iPhone. Music from your PC will be removed only if you drag voluntarily music in the trash

  • Listen to music from iPhone for cinema house Blu-ray (BDV-N790W

Is there a way to stream music from an iphone (without being connected to the docking station) for the blu - ray player? I like to play music in itunes on my iphone via the wireless from my phone home theater system. I downloaded the app, but I do not see a feature that will have access to the music on the iphone.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.

If you have downloaded media: connect, then the iPod should see the report devices(BDV-N790W) that are on the network since the iPod is the DLNA server. Make sure that the iPod and BDV-N790W are connected to the home network. Check to see if the DLNA server is shown in the Player configuration options by going to SETTINGS > NETWORK SETTINGS > SERVER CONNECTION SETTINGS. Also, check that the converter is able to show as available on servers DLNA by going to SETTINGS > NETWORK SETTINGS > RENDERING and CONTROL of ACCESS RENDERER OPTIONS. If you can not always connect to the player, then check the firewall of the router settings. If you don't know how to configure the firewall on the router, then contact the manufacturer of the router for further assistance.
