import outlook contacts in the outlook e-mail address book

I use contacts outlook for years and have my address book everything about her.

I recently started using outlook e-mail. I _-U-ME-D than when I clicked the radio button for "automatic name checking" that outlook would automatically look in the file "outlook contacts" for email.

No luck. I can start the person's name and then click on the button "to...". ». This open it ' select names: contact "swamp, where I can do some very basic research and not particularly useful to find the person I want to dialogue.

Once I found a contact using this message, outlook then auto find them when I start typing their name. YAY!

However, I don't want to have to find each person individually, one at a time, I want my address book all integrable, while when I start typing a name, they are raised. I guess it is a simple function, but I don't know how to cela and cannot find instructions.

Your help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Function by which an address is suggested when you start typing is as a result of the previously used name (AutoComplete), the address is extracted from another no user editable file, which is settled over time when you enter an e-mail address. The file is actually the .nk2 "User_Name".
The outlook address book is simply a filtered view of your contacts, that is to say those who have e-mail addresses, that is to say by email or fax

    This could be problematic. I guess or OE is over? This would make it easy.
     
    One thing you could do requires some manual work, but much less removal of dupes. For example, the Inbox. In the machine, you are going to scrap, create a new folder and move all messages in your Inbox to it. After you import on the other machine, you can drag the messages you need this folder in the Inbox, and then remove the user created the folder.
     
    And then there are tools to remove the dupes. This one for example.

    When this old e-mail address appears, hopefully, you will see an 'i' in a circle on the right side of the pop-up window.  Click that circled 'i' and you will find a delete option.

  • Problem with the Muse Simple Contact widget - subject changing e-mail address

    I built a website for a client, using Adobe Muse, which is hosted by Business Catalyst. On the page of the site contact us I placed an Adobe Muse 'Single Contact' widget/shape with 3 three fields: name, Email and Message. The form worked as expected until the end of December 2014. Since then, the information in the 'Email' field are changed.


    The site has four different e-mail accounts through Business Catalyst. For the sake of discussion to call them:

    [email protected]

    [email protected]

    [email protected]


    The Messages from the Simple of Muse's Contact form are sent to [email protected] .  When emails are displayed in Business Catalyst "Webmail" e-mail address that was entered in the field "E-mail" from Simple Contact Forms does not appear in the field "from". Instead, the "from" field shows that the e-mail was sent from may[email protected] regardless of what was concluded, by the sender in the Email of the Contact single form field. It don't make any difference this provider of e-mail address is entered in the field - AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Roadrunner, etc - they are all changed to [email protected]


    Similarly, when the client tries to respond to the request of the customer the field 'To' is filled with Mail-4@website not the sender e-mail address is entered in the field "Email" in the form of Simple Contact of Muse.


    If I changed the form of Simple Contact of Muse so that mail is performed either [email protected] Gold [email protected] the problem exists on these accounts as well.


    I don't know where the problem lies, so I do research here and in the forum Business Catalyst. Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause and how to fix it?


    Is making it too difficult for the customer to meet the needs of their customers. I am really against a wall on that and have an angry customer who is willing to walkaway of Muse and Business Catalyst.

    The e-mail field you see in BusinessCatalyst is not filled by the customer in the e-mail of the form field.

    As far as I understand it, it is the e-mail ID used to publish the site through Muse. So change 'to' email field in Muse won't change 'from' email in British Colombia.

    Please use my email (ugh) second to answer.  It's * address email is removed from the privacy *.

    If you use Windows Mail in Vista, then go to tools | Accounts | By mail and make sure you have the two accounts listed.  If not, add that you have listed and then you will get both.

    Otherwise, be more specific on what you use for email.

  • I had my hacked email. I deleted the email address on the SMTP server, but Thunderbird is not allowing me to remove the hacked e-mail address.

    I had my email "[email protected]" pirate. I deleted the email address on the ISP e-mail server and created a new email "[email protected]" - without the H immediately after John.
    Thunderbird, I added the new email address (see table).
    However, every time I try and send an email, Thunderbird ask again me the password to the original email.
    How to make the new e-mail, the primary e-mail address / default and delete old email marked in bold on the seal - which I suppose is the right course of action?

    Enter the account settings.

    Select the new address to be the default.
    All at the bottom of the list of accounts in the left side is account Actions.
    Under this menu is to set as default.

    FYI: The display of your e-mail is that a public forum is the best way to provider of this info to hackers. I edit this info and refrain from publishing personal information in the future.

I'm going to quit using the former, who was with Comcast when I cancel the Comcast service, how can I make sure that I don't lose my personal folders and the address book.     The address book is not affected.
    Comcast is my recollection of a pop email provider. If your via IMAP it's useless to you, so to speak.
    If you right-click on the Comcast account in the folders pane and select settings. Under Server setting for the change of account, do not check for mail setting. Click Advanced settings and change the tick this off server as well. It stop at Thunderbird makes you mad with impossible to sign messages on behalf of the deceased.
    Go to outgoing (SMTP) server and remove the Server SMTP of Comcast. This will avoid you accidentally answering the old post office and get an error as the Comcast account is no longer.

    I am new to LiveCycle.  I have created a form that is used by students to apply for positions of leadership on campus.  According to what items they wish to apply, for the purposes of the form to be submitted to an e-mail address.  Currently at the end of the form I have several buttons validate who is confused.

    Is it possible to set up my form so that when a check box is selected the corresponding e-mail address is added to the submit button?  So if I check the box 1, 4 and 10, when I click the button submit the form is sent to e-mail1 business4 and email10.

    Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.

    Hi all, for some reason that I'm not aware, when you open a new page in e-mail to write an email, that the contacts sidebar now appears with "All address books" as default instead of "Personal address book" which appeared. I tried looking through all the options but could not find a way to return back to the way it was!
    Also, a similar thing happens when you first open Thunderbird. When you click "Address book" instead of "Address book" personal to come as default, there are now "collected addresses".
    I guess that these two changes are linked as the two appeared at the same time.
