  • My computer does not start because of registry keys that have been accidentally deleted. What should I do?

Some registry keys have been removed cleaning my computer from a virus. My program was a little too vicious in the cleaning process and remove some vital for windows key to operate. Now, whenever I start my computer, it says that it cannot, looking for the error, said that he has found and cured, then shuts down. Then I turn it back on, and it goes through the new. How can I put the key to register back where it is supposed to be without my computer turning off while I'm?

You can if you start on the installation or a recovery disc and initiate restoring of the system in the environment of these discs recovery.  If you have no records, you can make a bootable recovery disk by using http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/ with burning software like: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html and, of course, a blank CD (although you need to drive on a computer of differentt).  Then boot on the CD on the computer of the problem.  You may need to change the BIOS to do first the CD drive in the boot sequence to boot from the CD.  To do this, hold the screen that tells you the key F to push to enter the menu start or start of installation.  Push it quickly. Make the changes, save your work and exit.  Put the CD in the drive and reboot.  When you are prompted, press any key to boot from the CD.

The disk does not usse the computer OS so it does not matter if the system does not normally or in safe mode.  He must always use the disk and these options should still be available from the disk.  Among the options on the disk, you can try the system restore and if that does not work then you can try the Startup Repair.  There are other options, we can try from the disc, but let's just try these for starters.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • Are files that have been permanently deleted from really deleted trash?

    What follows is of http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/permanently-delete-files-recycle-bin#1TC=windows-7,

"To permanently remove files from your computer and retrieve any hard disk space they were using, you must delete the files from the Recycle Bin. You can delete files from the Recycle Bin or empty the trash at the same time. »

Six months ago, I deleted some files with specific names. A couple weeks later, I deleted these same files to the trash, and accordingly the information cited above, these files should now be removed permanently.

Why, if these files have been deleted definitely four or five months ago, they appear on a list of files scanned by my anti-virus software. (The anti-virus software identified their location as $Recycle.Bin.)

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could explain that to me.

There are several levels of "deleted".  First is the trash, second is when you empty the trash, but even in this case, there may be more than one basket and this is probably what you AV is to find.  You can check in instead of just looking in the Recycle Bin, you open Explorer and navigate to the $RECYCLE. BIN.  INSIDE, you can find today's trash > and there are perhaps more than in this capture.

Even when you clear all the recycling bins, the fragments are still on the hard drive, but they are not indexed by the system.  They will be replaced by more but if you really want to do something unrecoverable you emplay other methods

  • How to restore a theme that has been accidentally deleted?

XP - I accidentally hit apply in the control panel-> display and my photo theme and background got changed - how do I restore it?  Where these files are stored on the hard drive? G

    Hello

Drive G is usually used by business networks to store user information. You company Help Desk or system administrators should be able to help recover the deleted user information.

    If not on personal computers (XP) it is usually c:\documents and settings\ {username}

but you should be able to find it in your Recycle Bin and recover from there (if you have not already emptied your recycling bin).

    Kind regards.

  • How can I store the passwords that have been deleted

I had the usernames and passwords stored for multiple accounts of e-mail on the same site. These have been accidentally deleted from the list of saved passwords, and now I can't get Firefox (23.0) to remember once again. I have no password check enabled (behind a master password), and this site does not appear on the list of "exceptions." In the password management utility, there is no facility to add new passwords, not to remove them. It seems, once removed, Firefox assumes one will never want to save this site again.

I'm in and out of these accounts literally dozens of times a day and now connect in the manual every time. How can I get Firefox saves these combinations of name of user and password for me again?

Yes. AutoComplete = off is a direction that web sites can give a browser to instruct them not to store the data that you enter in an input field. This can be search terms that you enter on a Web site like Google, but also the privacy and security of sensitive data such as a credit card number.

If you use the bookmarklet so you know what you are doing and give it a second thought.

If you use the extension that you don't notice that a Web site prefers that you do not to save this data.

With recording a password, you will need to confirm a prompt, but the other form data can be recalled if imperceptible autocomplete = off is removed.

  • How to restore pictures that have been deleted from Lightroom, but not removed from the 'drive '?

How to restore pictures that have been deleted from Lightroom, but not removed from the 'drive '? Also, how can I restore photos after saving Lightroom. I started to remove some files and it removed ALL of them! I chose the option "cancel delete files" and them brought back, she says they are all "missing or offline. I tried to 'find' a different folder and it deleted the folder all together and now I don't know where he is. Help, please!

How to restore pictures that have been deleted from Lightroom, but not removed from the 'drive '?

You need a backup of your Lightroom catalog file before deleting the photos made. You have such a backup? If so, find the backup catalog, open it (double click on it) and then search for the photos you want and select them and then file-> export catalogue; Then go to your original catalog file, open it and select file-> import from another catalog and points to the catalog that you just exported.

If you do not have a backup of your catalog file, then the only thing you can do is to import the photos again, and Lightroom will treat them as totally new photos with no editing and no metadata provided by the user.

Moreover, the idea of importing photos into Lightroom and then later removing them to Lightroom should is limited to photos you will EVER want such a photos that are so overexposed or underexposed or blurred that they are essentially useless. The photos that you care enough to run a task on (including editing) should never be removed from Lightroom.

Also, how can I restore photos after saving Lightroom.

Is this the same problem as above, or another?

I chose the option "cancel delete files" and them brought back, she says they are all "missing or offline.

Is it possible that you actually deleted pictures from the hard disk, as well as from Lightroom? Anyway, Lightroom cannot find the photos and you first need to find photos on your hard drives and then direct Lightroom to the location of the photo on your hard drive, using these instructions Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing

    1. Question

When I opened the window "save the Page under", the drop-down box file name indicates the files that have been saved a long time ago. It is not cleared by a function 'clear history' that I can find. How can I erase this?

    Hello.

I think this is a related issue of Windows, because it is the Manager to save the windows file that we are talking about here (right?). You should contact Microsoft for help with this one, I think. You expect to be able to delete entries simply by touching delete on your keyboard when they are concentrated (that is how it goes for the removal of the form entries specific autocomplete in Firefox), but I have not tried.
