Impossible to cancel

I'm sick of notifications constant popup from Adobe (among countless other technical issues) and you want to cancel. There is no way to cancel online because it is an annual subscription. I have to call. Each time, they try to talk to me about the cancellation and when I refused, they disconnect me.

I want just all Adobe products out of my system and for the billing to stop. I want to have nothing to do with this company. Am I obliged to lay a charge of fraud with the my VISA/Bank at this point? What are my options?

  • Impossible to cancel the import of drivers job

    Hi all,

    Mirage by train to test and well very convinced by the product.

    I have started to import drivers this morning and for some reason, that the task has been suspended for the last 3 hours and nothing happens.

    To mornitoring of the task is impossible to cancel it. Option is grayed out.

    Anyone know how to cancel the task in a different way? Maybe a SQL query to kill the task?

    From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.
     
    Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.
     
    Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
     
    Restart the computer and you should find that the post has been deleted.

  • Impossible to cancel the chkdsk or starting order

    Because of disk errors, I ran an update to Windows XP Pro in the automatic recovery console, but now it will not complete the boot. It keeps recycling back to chkdsk and I am unable to cancel it.

    There is no disk error more, chkdsk has finished several times and switches it accepts is/p/r.
    I can't access autochk and /k and /x is not available.

    I have no command prompt or access the windows start up what can I do?

    I don't know what that means:

    Looks like the volume (by car) where your XP installed was marked "dirty" and that can happen because of a power failure, abnormal shutdown, restart aborted, etc..  One of these events?

    It sounds like that especially if when you start using safe and your system appears to hang on mup.sys.

    Loading XP, it automatically checks each volume and will automatically run a chkdsk on Sales volumes with error correction.

    Your system is not blocked on mup.sys because it already has loaded--it is hung up on what come after mup.sys and if your volume is marked "dirty", i.e. when XP will run CHKDSK with correction of errors on the volume.  It will look like it is hung on mup.sys, but this isn't the case.

    Most of the time when this happens, Microsoft committed Support Engineer 'experts' as you give instructions on how to replace your mup.sys, but that is just another of their ideas of wild goose chase that will waste your time for that is not the problem.

    Take a look at your drive access light HARD and if it flashes or you can hear the disc system 'work' then you know that chkdsk is running and do something and that could take a time l-o-n-g depending on the size of the volume, the amount of data on the volume and what chkdsk finds to do.  If this is the case, your best bet is to wait outside and that could take several hours.  Do not interrupt, power down, pull on the plug etc. because that could just make things worse (and be me how you got here in the first place).  You have to wait.

    There is also no command to run, no changes to the registry, or something else that clears the dirty bit (more wild goose chase ideas).  Only a chkdsk with error correction clears the dirty bit, and he cannot do it the first time.  When your system finally ends and boots to the desktop, you can watch the chkdsk log to see what happened and also to check the dirty bit (you can do that from the Recovery Console) and if it is still dirty, chkdsk will run again the next time that you restart the system.

    In these situations, I want to run CHKDSK with the XP Recovery Console error correction so you can look and see what he does and sometimes that's what you have to do, but he might be able to take care of himself, if you allow me.

    There are some things kludgy you could do to work around this problem, but it would be better to let the chkdsk run and difficulty of all what it takes difficulty because he thinks something needs fixing.

    I have Vista Premium and an HP L7780 printer. I'm a writer and any time I have to cancel a large print job catalog mid (anything more than ten pages), the printer will not clear and there is no need that I have turn off and leave overnight "frost-free". And sometimes that does not even work.

    I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

    Run the printer Troubleshooter and check if that helps.

    Try to stop the print spooler service and restart the service from Services and check if it helps.

    Follow the steps to stop and restart the Print Services print spooler service:

    a. Click Start, type Services.msc in the search box and press ENTER.

    b. in the windows services for the service search: print spooler.

    c. right-click the print spooler service, and then click stop.

    d. right-click the print spooler service, and then click Start.

    Method 3:

    Try to update the printer driver and check if it helps.

  • BlackBerry smartphones impossible to cancel the subscription music BBM: error Id: 31600

    I tried to cancel my subscription to BBM Music via App World and demand and get an error in these two areas.  App World, it comes to declare there is an error and cannot cancel the subscription.  In BBM Music, I get the error Id: 31600.

    When I submit a support ticket by selecting 'Get support' in the App World, it will not submit saying my PIN is not valid.

    I found a way around it.  I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it.  I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.

But it came as if I had never seen a plan saying that I had a free plan for creative cloud. THEN I see a charge from Adobe on my PayPal account, so I reported it as not allowed for free and PayPal rejected my request and charged me.     I wish to cancel the annual subscription to the PDF Export (number of order ADD000160973UK) and request a full refund within 30 days.

    I am prevented from doing this and my Bank advised. A complaint will be filed at the Head Office of Adobe 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110, and with the financial regulatory authorities if it is not resolved today.

    I signed up for the free trial of adobe stock on 11 August, because the premise of 10 free pictures and be able to cancel within the first month of good looks.   • Impossible to cancel the Plan

    I am currently paying every month for the Plan of Adobe Photoshop. Recently, I had to downgrade to Windows 10 back to Windows 7 because there was a problem with my wifi. When I went down to Win 7, I lost all my programs and files, including Photoshop. There is now no product showing in my adobe account, therefore, I am unable to give up my project.

    Frustrating, I can't find a way to contact support either! If someone here would be kind enough to help me or perhaps point me in the right direction so I can contact the support everything it would be much appreciated. I have very few used the plan from the beginning so it's just money down the drain every month really.

  • I had signed up for a month of service, but ended up with a plan of the year, and it is impossible to cancel.

    I wanted to just one month of service of adobe photoshop, but for some reason any the plan I have now is a year long one than a single month than what I intended to have.

    Now, I am unable to renounce this project, and I have no way to pay for a value of one year of service when I wanted only a month. I'm worried about what I should or even can do, pease help.

  • Impossible to cancel the membership, Downunder

    I had a year to join Adobe Creative cloud that expired Dec. 21.  I decided to not renew her subscription said I found that I was not simply to use as I had hoped for.  Thus, on 19 December, I started the annulment process.

    I followed links easy to find online and eventually landed on the form https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=CCSN_membership-account-payment_cancel-your-memb ership_stillNeedHelp.  The Online Chat option was not available (clickable) and the phone option was available Monday-Friday, 05:00-7 pm PT.  That's fine if you are based in the United States but, uUnfortunately for me, I am based in Sydney Australia.  This period before the end of the year is particularly busy and I have found that whenever I was able to work around that he was outside the window of contact reported.

    I managed to contact Adobe After the summer vacation on Jan 11 PT.  However, I was told that my subscription was renewed and I had to pay cancellation fees.  I explained that I had not used the service within a few months, but said flatly I would not able to cancel without paying cancellation fees * and * I had indeed used the service (I blame the service update for it - it should be set to Adobe).  Unhappy with this I asked an escalation.

    I was contacted by the Manager of the climbing overnight who sympathized somewhat and offered to give up 50% of cancellation fee (USD$ 56 - AUD$ 80 - I think).  The subscription is AUD $ 10 per month.


    To summarize:


    1. the only time you can contact support are from 05:00 to 19:00 PT * according to the Web site *.  The chat feature is not available outside of these hours.

    2. their system does not have a complete abandonment of cancellation fees.  Who would build a system so rigid?

    3. the allegation that I continued to use their products despite my request that I hadn't done in months.  I think that their testimony is based on the traffic generated by the Adobe update that has been installed - but it is the conjecture

    4. why force someone to use the media to cancel a service in the first place?  What purpose is there for that?


    For a company the size of Adobe, I think this is totally unacceptable.  If you're going to force people to use the media to cancel a service and support available 24-5.  I find extremely ruthless renewal tactics that makes for a terrible customer experience.

    As a result, Adobe agreed to not apply cancellation fees.  Kudos to Adobe for this.  I still want to see the problems fixed, but this goes a long way to restoring my faith in Adobe.
