  Good!  This clears things up a bit.  Apparently you have been using the account administrator for your files and recently your user profile is damaged.  When a user profile is damaged, Windows creates a temporary user profile that seems empty (as you discovered).  Whatever you do, don't give in to the temptation to just drag your files where they are currently directors / My Documents in your current profile because it is a temporary profile that will be deleted when you log off the coast and with it will go all your files.  The recovery is quite simple and intuitive.  Simply follow the instructions in one of the following KB articles:

  I have a problem with the default save - in the Destination file on the new browser from Firefox 5.0.

When files by default to there, it is a mess for my Sims3 game and it slows down.

  IE has abandoned (?) my Windows XP Pro/Media Edition OS it seems, and not even my Youtube load on IE 8.0.6001.187021C.   Do you mean that you want to save your files where you want? If so, then I would go to your menu bar or the tab Firefox orange. If you use the Menu bar, go to tools and click on Options (it's down). A window will open. On the general tab, click "always ask me where to save files. If you have the orange tab of Firefox, click on it and go to the second column. Mouse over the Options and click on the first thing you see, it must indicate the Options. Then a window will open. Make sure you are on the general tab and click on 'Always ask me where to save files' (this is the same as the use of the Menu bar). Or, the above option which is to choose a folder you want to backup all your files in.

  After I installed software updates the portable suggested to me, my screen resolution went suddenly from 1900 x 1200 at 1200 x 720 after reboot and it won't let me change it, not even to a lower resolution. I'm very frustrated, because I need the computer week next for visualization work and I really need the screen works well.

  First thing I would say is to do a check of the basic material. Your laptop will be built Diagnostics the F2 button on the HP logo.   Dell provides no information for installed webcams which makes it impossible to find or see if the real drivers are provided the manufacturing (they could even provide some sort of camera app to set up and take photos). Who knows?
  Device Manager displays only the information of default built-in webcam and drivers Microsoft.
  The default camera app Windows 8 is archi-nu and does not provide parameters improved.

  You might want to try Cyberlink YouCam Mobile. Never tried but I checked in there just now and saw that the resolution was one of the parameters. Not sure if it is already in the free version or not.
  Other applications of the free camera maybe the settings as well.
