  Windows Mail can't do that if you create a message rule but WinMail must be open for the rule to work. The best advice I can offer is to ask your former e-mail server if they will send messages to you.

  I just moved to Surface Pro 3 running Windows Pro 8.1. Firefox works correctly when you are connected to a local account.   I solved the problem. My browser Internet Explorer (IE) has been configured to use a proxy server. Firefox has been set to "Use system proxy settings", but do not have the name of the proxy server. Remove the IE proxy server solves the problem. Maybe Firefox should use "Autodetect proxy for this network settings' as default, Firefox installation setting is not dependent on the settings of IE year / this.

  I have a domain configured on Windows Server 2012 account to run a service. recently, I changed the password for the domain account. The password for logon service has also changed. But after changing the password, my account keeps locking. According to the newspapers, the service is the culprit. But I am sure that the service is updated with the new password and also I can start the service after you have unlocked the account too. I tried to delete the entire user under the C:\Users folder profile after stopping the service. But when you delete the folder, I get a message as the file is in use. I don't have the shared folder and nothing works from the folder. I could see the files - C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Credentials and C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Credentials are denied access. I tried to delete the profile registry - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList. Now the user profile is removed from the properties/user profile system. Earlier, the profile was there and a '? 'showed under the profile file size.  Still, I can't delete the profile folder C:\Users folder.  Can someone help to delete the folder, I suspect that something on the damaged file causes account lockout.

  Looks like you may have a service subscription on your real account configuration.
  Please go to http://billing.microsoft.com, connect and check your services and to cancel what you don't want. Then try to close the Hotmail account once more.

  I have a laptop that allows to have a domain account.  The account did not exist on the domain for years (and in fact, I did have access to the area for years).  On the laptop, I finally migrated the content of the domain account obsolete to a local account, then removed the domain account.  However, the domain account also has a large folder tree that resides in the root directory of the C drive.  I used a local administrator account to try to remove the folder hierarchy, but it is not allowed.  I also tried to use the unix 'chown' to Cygwin for change of recursively to the owner of the local administrator, but who also refused.  If not, how can I get rid of this folder?

  You can't 'close' browser cookies.  You can, however, remove them.  This error message you see makes you think you need to do this?  How are you trying to close your Hotmail accounts?

  If you use Internet Explorer, delete cookies by clicking Tools > Internet Options.  "Click on remove in the 'browsing history' on the general tab, cleck the Cookies box", then click on remove.
