Stater of the i run windows 7 on a laptop dell inspiron N5050 32-bit, windows asks me to re-enter my product key each tome I get it it displays after loading: impossible to connect with the activation server, see other ways to activate windows, pls make serious saying my trial period has expired why it cannot connect to the server to check the product key?   • Not able to connect to the activation server

    Dear Sir

    I use CC for photographers for a year and a half now on two separate PC. A few weeks ago, my laptop (Windows 7 Home Premium SP1) begins to show signs that I had to connect to the activation server and was counting the days I had left to do this. A week ago I had yet just 8 days to do the activation. After doing all the required checks recommend Adobe and everything seemed in order, I have re-installed Lightroom, Photoshop and Bridge again on my PC.

    When installing CC stated that the installation has failed and that some features are not installed. I removed on my Windows Redistributable Microsoft C++ 20xx for Visual files and repeated this same procedure after each separate installation. After that restart the system CC told me that there is an update to the software, I just installed and then everything seems to be in order after having done update. I got no message more with countdowns and I was happy again until yesterday.

    My system was told that there is a new update for my Windows and after installing that was screwed up again. First I couldn't open Adobe Raw over the bridge. Secondly, I started Photoshop, and the message popped up that my activation for Photoshop was not made. When I tried again once, I got the message that I should connect to my internet and try again. My internet works fine, but somehow Adobe Photoshop can not connect to the internet and the activation server. This problem is not present with Lightroom. Before you reinstall all Lightroom also said that I had to turn on, but now that still work correctly until now.

    I deleted again in re-installed them 20xx C++ redistributable files. Same as I did with Photoshop, but my problem is not being solved. On my second PC everything still works well and as much as I know I'm not behind the payments. A week ago I received an email that my payment has been received.

    What can I make more efforts to solve this problem?

    Make sure that the other machine is not check that the server so often a machine is not problems because it cannot be verified.

    Try to delete the account, compact the folders and close OE and reopen it and add the account back again.  Also make sure that the antivirus software is not interfere (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).

    You can also telnet to the server directly from this computer to see if it works (see http://techhelp.santovec.us/pop3telnet.htm).

    Sometimes it gets stuck in a message on the server and it can not get downloaded by OE, so it may be necessary to remove the message from the server, but if the other machine got, maybe it's not the question.

    I use Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 on a Windows 7 computer.

    I was using Adobe Digital Edition to read library books, then decided to allow if I could access my library of books about elsewhere. I downloaded a few books, and then I started having authentication errors. I couldn't erase the authorization through Adobe Digital Editions to try to do it again, I kept getting errors. I followed the instructions to change the registry, which withdrew the authorisation of old, and I can now, select "authorize computer". But when I enter my Adobe ID and password, I get the error message:

    "Digital Editions cannot connect to the activation server. Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet. »

    My computer is connected to the Internet - that's how I am connected to this discussion. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software, Adobe Digital Editions, and the same thing happens.  Any suggestions? I prefer Adobe Digital Editions alternatives, but if this activation problem can not be solved I won't have the choice.

    I read through other similar positions and found one that says what they uninstalled 4.5 and installed 3.0 instead. I did this and was able to authorize ADE (no internet connection problem) and again to download eBooks from our library.

    Strange that Ultimate would come preinstalled as it is normally only Home Premium.

    Try to open an elevated command prompt type slui 4, follow the instructions to make the robocall.  If it fails, stay on the line to talk with activation agent.

    Otherwise, you will need to contact Dell.  They must have sold you a special Ultimate OEM disc at some point?

  • Unable to connect with the DNS server

    Recently, I went away for the weekend and came back to find that I had no internet, on all devices... So I don't know exactly how long he was out. I'm a computer and a network engineering student and I've tried everything I can think of to make it work again. Here's what I did:

    First off troubleshooting generates an error message: "failed to connect to the DNS server.

    Of course, I did reboot of the habit of my router and my devices.

    I can't connect to WiFi or direct connection via Ethernet. I tried flushing DNS via the command-line ("ipconfig/flushdns") as well as the command "netsh int ip reset", "ipconfig/release" and "ipconfig / renew." I tried to go into the settings of the network adapter and the two affecting the IPv4 and IPv6 DNS google DNS settings. I even traded my router for a new with my ISP (of Roger (Canada)). I have connected to my router through my web browser and tried to change some of the DNS settings there (everything went well). Nothing worked so I have everything set to default. I tried ping around my own network, I ping my own card NETWORK, but also the entry door, so I know that's not my PC, I have also excluded because all my devices do not work. I spoke with Rogers (my ISP) twice now and they were no help at all, they were more concerned by the flashing lights on the router as the real problem. I'll have a technician to the course to watch tomorrow, but I doubt they'll be any help at all. I wouldn't say I'm a computer genius, but I have a pretty good understanding of how things work and I can not understand what the problem is here, I can have forgotten something or forgot to mention something I tried. But if anyone has any ideas, or similar cases they decided that I would be VERY grateful for the help.

  • Not able to connect with the Security Server

    IM setting up a demo with view 6 environment, and when I try to connect locally on the servers of connection it works fine, but when I try to connect to the Security server fails with the image below.

    The Security server has 2 network cards, now in the DMZ and in production. I guess I should also be able to connect directly to the ip production, but the same error.

    We have disabled the firewall between dmz and prod for troubleshooting, but same problem.

    If I try on the spot to connect to the ip address of prod on security with internet server explorer, im able to connect, but when I select the office that it will fail "cannot display this page", then shows the 'internet' ip in the address field.

    I guess there is just something simple I've missed... hope you understand my question
