Impossible to contact support chat
I need to downgrade my account and I can't contact support online chat.
I can't call because I have a very important speech impediment and I prefer to use based chat.
Can anyone help? All I seem to get is the ability to post in the forums, but not to chat live. Thank you

I have a few questions of pricing, and I have seen similar topics here already where the plaintiff was told to contact the after-sales service. But it seems that I am not able to do this. All the links I see takes me to a page saying "need help?" Start here get assistance. ». I then fill I have a question about and are suggested to contact the Support Chat, which is available 24/7. But what now? There is no option "start the conversation" or anything like that. I used a prepaid credit card to set up a subscription. I realized I didn't really need the cloud of Adobe, so I tried to cancel it. But of course, no way to do it! Fast forward to two months, I stopped putting money on the credit card, and Adobe sent me an email to update my payment information. Now, I tried again to contact support to cancel the subscription, but I can't. There is no option "chat or by telephone ' choice. I can't even log on the forums with my main account, so I used this account and... oh well, it works, because there is no subscription I think! It is a scam, nothing else.

I ' v tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud with no luck. When I try to contact the support there is no option for chat or call someone only forum option. It's really frustrating!
When I selected creative cloud and cancel the subscription from the drop down menus in the text tells me to click on the chat button or telephone to contact the support but THERE ARE No. SUCH BUTTONS VISIBLE! It's an infinite loop if I click on the button only visible on the site which is the "still need help - contact us" and if I click on that it will return to the page where I started!
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I am really annoyed that the cancellation of the CC is so hard you have to muscle your game Adobe, now the cancellation process is a joke.

My main problem is trying to contact someone to handle this... the only option I can find is to use the support chat
which does not work (on multiple computers using several browsers). I certainly do not seem to only I have this and the use of the forum seems to be the only alternative.
1st time, that I had to deal with the help of adobe and so far I'm going along in circles wasting my time and my customers because of what seems to be a common problem. I've now read several forums but I have not seen an answer about not being able to contact support... except CONTACT SUPPORT!
Contact the office of the United Kingdom again and ask them to check the s/n. Even if the product is not supported or compatible (Acrobat 9 is compatible only with Windows 7 since the versions that you mentioned, and even then there are 9.2 or later version), they should still be able to tell if your s/n is valid or not. If they refuse to work, ask to speak to a supervisor.

How in the hell cloud adobe not unsubscribe to this criminal enterprise, I've just been forced in an inner loop, there is not why it is possible to contact support customers to cancel. To make trouble by nature to do is criminal!, and you'll lose a hell of a lot of customer loyalty by being total stooges on this subject. Please is their some sort of link? This experience has really ticked me, I WILL USE YEAR ADOBE PRODUCT MORE EVER!
