Impossible to download and install Adobe Muse (the cloud)
I can't download my application (Adobe Muse) via the Cloud Adobe Download. It still appears the message "download error...". Contact support ". I uninstalled the creative cloud several times and installed again, but nothing has changed. What can I do?

Impossible to download and install programs from the creative clouds
I am unable to install new programs or even updated already installed creative cloud. I always ask me to put my username and password. That will not be accepted. Even if I'm already connected!

My quick fix 2 years ago (However, I think that Adobe offers software called AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe [https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html] tool that automatically makes something similar - still don't know why we users have to jump through 10 different hoops to fix something it didn't break up in the first place, lol)
From 2014:
Spoke to the engineer online and he had me remove 1 file, restarted the program CC and it let me log in, a problem fixed.
In your c:\users\(your \appdata\local\adobe\oobe\ folder user name), I have deleted the opm.db file and restarted program CC and corrected a problem.
My question was connecting and immedatiately to be told "You have been disconnected" msg with the CC program for my Windows 7 computer. Not sure if this fix works for everyone, so make a backup of the file before deleting!

We're sorry, but the serial number would work only for Acrobat DC and not acrobat XI.
You will need to upgrade your operating system to windows 7 to install acrobat DC.

I'm on PC Win 7 and bought, downloaded and installed Lightroom 6 the day it was released. When he downloaded and installed it seems to be the version CC, not the LR6. I entered my license number and it works on my computer, but there CC Adobe on my desk and I don't want that on my computer. But before current verion of the SOUL (CC) to do so, you had to download and install one of the programs associated/connected with the SOUL. To download, install and use SOUL version 7.2 tou will need to download and install AE CC or agency CC (2013 edition - first edition of the CC) and with any of these SOUL should install also.Hope this has been helpful - yf you have any other question, I'll be more than happy to help you. I was wondering if someone can advise me a solution to my problem. I downloaded and installed Photoshop cc and Lightroom.I should pay attention to where they have been installed which was to my c drive / there is now little or no space left on the disk to store photos, etc. There are masses of space on my d drive / and I was wondering if its possible to transfer programs on this drive without paying and in downloading and installing again. NOTE: We suggest to install the application on the primary drive however, you can configure the destination of installation of in creative cloud application preferences. Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive. In addition when installing temporary process files will also be created on your main drive.
If you have already installed Photoshop and Lightroom, you will need to uninstall and do location changes to Creative Cloud Desktop app after that, restart the machine and now install Photoshop again once and it should install on you new chosen location.

I recently used Migration assistant to transfer to a new macbook pro and when I try to use Photoshop, I get an error message telling me to download and install App Office creative cloud so I do and it begins to it out craps and gives the same message over and over.

Migration wizard does not work in the case of Adobe applications.
Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop
