  Before you download a theme, first go to Options > display > home screen Preferences> check your download folder (his House or something different like media, application, instant messaging, or anything else) you should keep it HOME , then CLICK on to the home screen panels > Manage panels ( make sure everything is marked ). Then take a test.

  According to the FAQ (section 10.d.), releasing several versions for different platforms BlackBerry should not count against your 10 submissions.

  Sorry to say, but if you meet all the conditions of the requirements page you looked at it, then it won't work for you. You did not say, but if you are not in one of the countries listed, it is not yet available for you. I'm sorry that you feel this is outrageous, but that is how it is currently implemented... we all hope that RIM strives to go beyond these constraints, but are the current constraints.
