Hi all
Before writing this, I took the time to research online, but no luck.
I decided to buy the photographers CC package. downloaded the installer and moved forward with the installation, allowing to connect my Adobe ID and got the error:
"Download error! Impossible to reach on the adobe servers. Check your internet connection, firewall settings, and then try again. »
I don't use any antivirus or firewall, and there is no redirection port to my internet connection.
The software has been installed in a Mac Pro 2012, running the Mavericks 10.9.5. I completely uninstalled Installer used a CC cleaner App. Also went under the ~/Library/Application Support and ~/Library/Preferences moved these .plists for another clean installation but without success.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but it was driving me nuts and takes me too long to understand. So, I saved all my work and formatted my hard drive with a new installation of Mac OS x.
That solved the problem.

Whenever I try to access an application, appworld is a site of the company that send me to appworld I get this error.

People have had this problem since 2010. I never had this problem with my flashlight or my 9000 "BOLD".
Anyone know what is happening? I also have the latest OS on my 9900.Found a solution! Laughing out loud! How delayed. I changed my email in bb code. For example, after changing from one gmail to another account, I changed it back and baaammmm! Problem solved, but do not know why it should be a problem in the first place right?

for the last four days, I tried all that you have to try, setting clock, update windows 7, disabling AV and firewall, still called supported from microsoft and they have taken control of my laptop for about an hour and tried to make it work, but it didn't.
Now, I tried my key on a laptop of friends and its connection to the network that are completely different from mine, got the same error, so I asked him to try his own key and HE WORKED his key was working at the mine was not. Try to activate Windows 8 by telephone as follows:
Press the Windows key + x then click Run, then type: slui.exe 4

I'm launching the CC Office tab in the menu at the top of my macbook pro bar. The "CC" icon is grayed out now and the message I get when you click on ' impossible to get on the Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes. I do not have a firewall on my computer and until yesterday it was working fine. I used the CC yesterday to work on a different network, but now I am unable to access it from home.
I tried things that seem obvious to me as uninstall then reinstall the software of Office CC and I turned my mac and turn it on again a few times but nothing helped. I have also tried to follow the other forum posts asking for similar solutions but don't really understand what they are all talk. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Please make sure that there is no Proxy setting on your network and also check that you are logged into admin and not as mobile admin. You can also try to connect the MAC to a Wi - Fi network to different/open or Mobile Hotspot and disable all antivirus on MAC titles and try to check if the creative cloud app works.

Hello.
Trying to access the adobe servers when I start creative cloud Manager. However, I always get the error "unable to arrive on the Adobe servers."

Here is the solution:
It was a DNS and Proxy problem.
1. use the Google DNS for example DNS from the router. (But it's strange, a day before yesterday, it works perfectly with the DNS from the router).
2. turn off the "use passive FTP Mode (PASV) in system preferences > network > advanced > Proxies."
That's all. It's strange, because one day before yesterday, it worked perfectly.

Thank you, Jeff. I'm the only one using CC, so it wouldn't make sense for us to create an entire deployment package. But you have made me think that we changed something on our end that could block me to go to CC. I wish I could remember what setting I changed with Adobe technology that it opens.
WOOHOO! I thought about it and I remember now the setting as the technology of Adobe and found it blocked. We had a proxy server configured for web traffic filtering, but it's gone. I unchecked, and walla, I'm good.

Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:
Method 1: I suggest you to run Disk Cleanup to reduce the number of unnecessary files on your hard disk to free up disk space.

Method 2: I suggest you to clear temporary folders and check if it helps, here are the steps:
a. click Start, type folder in the search box and press enter.
b. press the CTRL + A, that will select all the content and Remove it.

b. open the C drive, go to the Temp folder and delete all the content and check if it helps.
Method 3: You can also run the troubleshooting Windows Media Player Settings Troubleshooter & check if the problem persists.
