  I did a reset of my laptop, lost I've installed all the programs.  While trying to install my Microsoft Antivirus trend, it has not transferred due to a failure to uninstall Norton antivirus. I tried to uninstall previously, I thougth I did, but when the trend Micro Titanium fail to install, it displays a window telling me, asked me if I wanted to uninstall Norton, I've tried several times, but it didn't. It seems to me, as Norton has a function to avoid or to cheat customers to prevent them from unistalling the program. It was a pain and a waste of time. It really upsetme, to the point that I would never know Norton. Please, the HP software that is installed with this anoing free trial Norton in the system, should not be there, or at least it should be optional.  Out of 3 notebooks we bougth of HSN, all have the same address. Now, we want to use the Trend Micro Titanium Antivirus, which is the software solution that adds a life of Pc technical support subscription. Now, I was not protected because of this undesirable Norton.  Although I call for support for them, they sent a link to get rid of Norton, but it did not work. I am very angry to lose time to do all this work, calls, this report by filling... I'm busy and can care for Norton, but to hate him. Please take note of this issue and do not expose customers time to lose with the unwanted stuff... as if I have time to waste.

• Impossible to uninstall iTunes after downgrading to windows from 10 to 7

  I love having new things first.  lol so when Windows 10 came out I had to update immediately.  I should have checked to see if my programs and drivers were compatible.  They were not.  So I uninstalled 10 and I went back to 7.  The only thing that seems to have been affected was my iTunes program.  For some reason, I think that is the iTunes Installer has been moved or corrupted.  The first time a new update was released for iTunes, my computer downloaded the new update, but it was impossible to remove the old program iTunes.  So I tried to remove iTunes from Add/Remove programs function in the control panel.  I get the following:

• Impossible to uninstall Officejet 6000 E609 in Windows 10

  Our old Officejet 6000 has been installed long ago (wired, not Wireless no, no ethernet).  The printer has been named our son to use in College with his Macbook.  Since then, our two laptops and one desktop have been improved to 10 Windows.  By doing some cleaning on my laptop, I tried to uninstall the HP Officejet (there many other HP programs associated with it), but it won't uninstall.  Select the option to have all associated programs uninstalled also results in the computer laptop restaring and having still uninstalled!

  How can I uninstall these programs HP?  Try safe mode does not work either.  I know it's no big deal to most people, but I don't see the need for these unnecessary programs to take place on my computer (s).

  What operating system is your PC upgrded to?

  More likely the installed software is supposed to or an earlier version of windows and Windows 10, so the uninstall program does not work as expected.

  If your operating system has been upgraded to Windows 7, run the utility of following deletion as described below:

  If your PC has been upgraded to Windows 8 or 8.1 Windows use following instead:

  Note: If you don't know what version is installed, just follow the two tools.

  Once the folder extracted, launch Uninstall_L4.bat.

  You will see a dialog prompt black box, if noting else happens after 15 seconds press enter once and that the withdrawal will begin.

  Once all completed dialog boxes, restart your PC as instructed.

  Thanks for your suggestions...  Under Program Files (C drive), I traced the supply of the software Norton 360 under "Setup my PC" and deleted these files.  However, looking at the Norton Removal tool seemed a trifle compkicated and may have caused other problems. So instead, I downloaded the FREE Avast internet security software on my Vista PC and no problem.  Also, prevoiusly, I had successfully installed VIPRE on my other two PC running XP., on a trial period of 15 days.    My idea is to keep things works fine without hassle.

  I tried to uninstall it using the option of area programs and features in Control Panel, as well as the case of uninstall in the program files folder. I ran this time as a normal user and as an administrator without success. I have will go through the process of uninstallation and finishing and asks me to restart my machine.   I'm trying to uninstall and reinstall Firefox to solve another problem. I get a record of required adobe flash when ever access to a site using flash. I have already installed the latest version of Adobe Flash and I even re-installed. I kept getting the same error. I don't get this error when I use Chrome or Internet Explorer.

  I also downloaded the latest version of Firefox and installed to see if that would correct any corruption and that didn't work either.

  Thanks for the tip, but we just found out the problem. Our work installed McAfee adapted that kept us from the uninstall and install programs, even though we had administrator rights. We had to stop McAfee services so that everything works correctly.

  I was able to solve the problem.  I downloaded a free trial of 30 days of Revo Uninstaller Pro and with her, I was able to uninstall HP Officejet 4500G510a-f.  Once this is done, I managed to install the correct software for my printer.  HP Solution Center is back on my desktop and everything works as it should.
