Impossible to update my billing information

Hey, I received an email 2 days ago:

"Your Creative cloud membership will expire the 31.08.2016. We hope that you have been getting the best out of all that creative cloud has to offer. To extend your subscription, please update the billing for your account information, or add a prepaid card. »

Then when I connect to Adobe and I click on update my billing information, I get the loading pop up window and an error:

"We are unable to process the information. Please try again later or use a different browser. Please contact support if the problem persists. »

So I tried different browsers and I have tried 3 different days and it still does not work. What should I do? Since I really need for my school and internship programs, so I can't let it end this week and we also paid for it last year so...

Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.

    I received an email the 24 a 3rd failed attempt of billing and update my billing information. Today, I wanted to update this information, but I can't do it. Open a cat who gave nothing at all. The rep told me that my sub has expired after the 3rd attempt of 23 billing. I do my monthly payments 28 and never had any problems before.

    The representative then tried to make me buy a 2nd subscription to solve the problem.

    Anyone has any advice on how to solve this problem or I have to do?

    All CC commitments are for a year at least. You can switch to a higher level at any time program, but the demotion to a lower level can be a set of songs and dances. Whatever it is, you will still have to get in touch with aid for sale for these questions, so there is little point in dragging this post and explaining everything "and if...?'s.

    So after that I had a problem with my credit card and could not be charged, I've just updated my billing on a new credit card information.
    Just as I saved the new billing information, my banking application tells me that I am charged €1 by Adobe.
    Is - to check if the credit card details are valid?

    Hi all

    I don't know what else to do. I can't have full access to the features of Adobe. I am a member of comprehensive plan. I have access to all the programs, but my storage quota shows that 2 GB, instead of 20 GB. I work on two computers and cannot sync my work because it reads I've exceeded my quota.

    If I check my billing information, it displays two different plans. One expired terms of photography and a full member. Initially I had the intention of improving the photography to full membership. Instead, they began to double billing me. They canceled a plan to freedom of membership, who wrote my billing information. In all systems, I show as a free member even though I have and must have access to all applications.

    I contacted this service of cat off the coast, but they have not resolved my problem and so far had made things worse. (I can't cancel either plan on my own.)

    A few days ago there was a problem with my paypal so I was unable to pay my subscription of the CC. Now adobe asked me to update my payment information in order to be able to pay with paypal, but there is a problem with the site. When I click on the link "Edit" next to my paypal email address in the payment details window, there is no reaction to that. It just shows the four squares (loading icon) for a second, but nothing happens. Also the same thing when I click on save. I tried with all web browsers on my computer, but the problem appears in each of them.

    I can't change my billing information in the subscription section. The "modify billing" button is missing. I tried to reset my browser, clear the cache, I tried on another computer, on my iPad on my iPhone, but I do not see this button.     Have you tested different browsers? Support should be able to help too if you're not able to do it yourself, but you should be able to?

  • While trying to update my billing information - I constantly get asked to provide a code sent to a mobile number I don't recognize...

    I'm trying to update my information on my account, but it is said that the number of previous cells (which I don't remember, that is a bit disturbing in its self) as well as information will be deleted in a month and my new updated details to date in a month? Is there any similarly this can be speeded up?  As I need to update my information of credit card for xbox live?

    I can access my maps via xbox live and add one - but it won't let me delete the old card or make a new default map on the xbox live...  I think that these questions are related to securities on my windows account and billing details...

    I just received an email informing me that Adobe couldn't I bill my creative cloud subscription. It's because I recently received a new credit card.

    So I went to the Adobe website and navigated to the page that contains the button "Edit payment details"... but the button does not exist. I tried two other browsers, with the same result.

    So I clicked on the link "Customer Service." He told me how to navigate to the page that is supposed to have a button "change payment details." But I couldn't find a way to contact support.

    So, what's the trick?

    When I access my account, I can't update the news.  Bought a new Apple TV.  I wanted to buy an app.  The screen asked my security code credit card (number 3).  I entered it and told me that it was not valid.  I went to my account and saw that the block that has the security code was empty.  I entered the code, but it will not accept. ???

    The security code will be empty when you log in, it is for the security of account/card. Have you tried you login to the account (not when you try to download something), by selecting 'none' (if it shows) as means of payment, leaving the payment details screen, and then enter the details of the map from scratch? If it is not accepted, then what is the full text of the error message?

    "Please check your billing information" is the title of a message that I get from Adobe, everytime I open my creative cloud Lightroom. The message asking me to update my billing information. I did so, following the suggested steps and I keep getting this message that account the days until I no longer able to access creative cloud. I went to an online chat with the customer support and was informed by the operator that he had updated my account information. It was three days ago and I keep getting the message that my account now has 24 more days to stay active. What can I do now?

  • Changed country and cannot update billing information

    Hello there, people. I lived in New York for a while with my sister a long time ago and it's time I did my Apple ID using our address we lived in with credit card American is officially owned by my sister. Now, I did go back to the Ukraine, which is my homeland and stuck with a problem, only not long after, when it asked me to update my billing address to download apps form the App Store.

    I tried to update my billing address, using my own credit card of the Ukrainian Bank and local address I live, but when I do I just get "your application is temporarily unable to deal with." When you try to update, but also I am always get charged $ 1 for each test. With my country not listed in the support center I don't know what to do to change my billing address and if I see those 1 fresh dollar never reimbursed. Without any options to reach official support, my best shot at this request in these forums.

    I don't want to create another login Apple, because my current Apple ID is stored on the email I always use. I tried to change the email and save an new Apple ID to the original email, but without success.

    My only option is to change something my billing address on the existing Apple ID. No idea how to deal with this "your application is temporarily unable to process."?  How to change the address? And will the 1 dollar costs of return if the change of address has failed at all, because I have heard people say that they had to return the money the hard way.

    I would much appreciate your help.

    You cannot change the billing information in a store in the United States to a credit card outside and mailing address. You will need to change to the iTunes store for the Ukraine. You will no longer be able to use the US store, without being physically in the United States, with a US credit card and address mailing.

    Regarding fees, those are shims, not actual expenses that are used to verify your credit card. Those who must be removed after a few days. That belongs to the credit card company, not Apple.
