My windows crashed and I got it from archive created a few days ago. Archive includes all data from hard drives, the system has been restored exactly as it was before the accident. I still don't know if this caused the problem (or if the problem occurred after that): it happened a month ago, and I had no WiFi available at the time and only tried to turn it on a few days ago.
Additional details:
In device manager wireless card is appearing as functioning normally. In the management of the adapter Wi - Fi is on but says "no connection available. If I run diagnostic tests, he asks me to activate WIFI with a button on my laptop, which I can't do. In Mobility Center, it says "connection Wi - Fi is turned off". Activate the button is gray and impossible to click on.
I already tried things:

I managed to solve the problem...
Turns out that the problem was (apparently) caused by HP Power Assistant tool shipped with my laptop. Default profile has been showing the gray bluetooth and WiFi, and it was not possible to turn them on. I created a new profile, and even if all the parameters are identical to the default profile, it allows me to turn the BT and WiFi and turn off without any problems. Button is working fine now as well and goes from blue to orange when I press it. Active WiFi and it works.

I have synced my Hotmail account with Mail on RT and mail comes and goes well. All my files from my Outlook account transferred.
However, whenever I try to move a message read in the Inbox to a folder, clicking the command move at the bottom of the screen (after pulling up to the command bar), results in the grizzled screen and nothing happens for hours. It seems that the system is blocked until I tap the gray screen and I'm back to where I was. In others, move the message command doesn't seem to work.
I found that when I press the movement it gray to the screen with the exception of the list of folders on the left.
I can then scroll up and down the list of folders and click the folder that I want to move the message.
Seems to work ok for me.

I recently formatted my hard drive on my laptop and loaded a full version of Windows 7. (I had been running a version upgrade before formatting.) I downloaded the latest driver of printer on Canon website. My Canon Pixma MG5320 will not be printed. Ink tanks are full, but the pages are blank. This happens if I print from my laptop or my iPhone or IPad. What is the problem? Help, please.

To try to resolve the problem, you'll want to confirm that the inkjet nozzles are distribute the ink properly by printing a printer nozzle check pattern. If the model does not print correctly, we recommend you to at least cleaning and deep cleanings on the printer to try to get the printing ink. The screen is blank and Satellite L45-S7423 don't start
I bought a notebook L45-S7423 Toshiba in January 08 and had no problems with it what so ever, until I tried to connect it to my TV Toshiba 37 ".
When I did so the tv display would start the laptop and when he got to the display of the desktop, wallpaper etc... Reading your post I thought that you simply switched the standard for external display view... and so you are not able to see anything on the screen of laptop computers... but to be honest, it's very strange because you should see the home Toshiba on the internal display screen and then the display should move to the external monitor or TV...
So finally, I think that it is a hardware problem... But it is really not easy to say what exactly is the problem... Maybe it's a misfortune and a dieda motherboard? ¦

If I right click 'open with' open with other programs like IE but not "Windows Photo Gallery". It is not a specific .jpg file, this is all .jpg files. For example... (7) · Change the name of the file to OLD_Pictures.pd5

Try using the tool (SFC.exe) System File Checker to check and repair corrupt system files. To do this, follow these steps:How to run scan SFC
1. click on the Start button
