  I checked the reported compatibility list, and the game is listed as compatible.  Work in 64-bit or 32-bit Windows 7?  I will try to reinstall the game, if you did an upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 recently.  If it is a new installation and does not, please visit the EA's Web site to get the latest patch for the game to see if that helps address your problem.  Let me know if you've done all that and you still have questions, and we can try something else.

  If you are unable to display the toolbar by choosing View > show/hide > elements elements toolbar, please send along a screenshot of what you see. (And just double check that you open your PDF files in Acrobat and not player - that is a mistake that I make here and there).

  It seems that the NTLDR file is not on the C: drive. NTLDR is the boot loader for all versions of Windows.

  You can perform a Windows XP repair installation & check if you are able to start normally.

• My desktop with W7 home premium HP computer does not start beyond the initial screen of HP.

  I had been doing "Master Boot Record error press any key."  for the latest two boots.  Press any key boot the computer and initialized in W7.  But, when I tried to start the computer again, he did not get beyond the initial HP screen with choice... F10, esc, F11, F12, and F9.  By pressing the keys are not going anywhere.  When I pressed ESC, I got "Loading Boot Menu... ', , but does not load the start menu.   I found the problem.  I removed the CMOS battery and reinstalled.  It seems to work OK now.
