Hola I have download first pro problems. In the creative cloud application window it said first is "up-to-date", but I can't open it in my computer (Mac) from anywhere. So I just ran the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool and cleaned all adobe related to my computer and then I left the cleaner but now I don't know what to do. Please help me.

My devices are connected, but I don't see anything on my iPad

It seems that my devices are connected, I'm visible iPad and Chrome extension on my iPad, I can see my computer name in the upper central part of the dashboard app inspect. However, it is just black page. Nothing happens while I browse through the pages on my computer. What could; d be the problem? I am browsing of external pages. It would be a proxy issue?

Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.
There are a few places to check for the Ask toolbar:
- Check the control panel Windows for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
- Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

You should consider carefully as pop - up and determine what application has a problem.
If he has no idea anywhere in the pop - up, first physically disconnect your computer from the Internet (because in the following steps, you will temporarily disable your antivirus software).
- Click Start and type "msconfig.exe" (without the quotes) in the search box and press ENTER.
- When the "System Configuration" window opens, select the tab "start".
- Uncheck the half of the listed items (for your convenience, click on "Startup Item" in the column header to sort the items alphabetically)
- Click OK and restart (click here to avoid the warning that you are in a diagnostic mode)
If the pop-up warning does NOT appear, the problem application has been one of the items you unchecked. If this is the case, reopen the System Configuration and check again half of the elements that had checked you.
Similarly, if the pop-up warning appears, then the application problem is that remained turned on. In this case, open the Configuration of the system, again check the items that you had disabled, then uncheck half of the remaining items.
- Restart and continue the process until you have identified the problem application.
- Once you have identified the problem application, open System Configuration once more, select "Normal startup" on the "Général" tab and restart.
- Do not forget to reconnect your computer to the Internet
- Uninstall or reinstall the application issue.

Please quit Setup and then exit the creative application of cloud.
After that, restart the machine.

I ve you have a problem with the creative cloud: Photoshop crashes just after the opening and Windows pops up a blue screen restart. Creative cloud tells me that updates are available, but the installation fails whenever I have it try. I reinstalled Photoshop, but it didn t work. I can´t find anything online to solve this problem, maybe I could find some help here? I also tried the cleaning tool, nothing positive has happened. Funny to know: on my system (desktop PC) mein nothing´s bad, all of the updates install perfectly and PS, AE etc are working well. Now I m reinstall my Windows clean (I ve done that 3 weeks), and I hope it will work after that. Someone out there with the same problems?

I found the problem - driver Nvidia it must have caused.
I reinstalled clean Windows and installed the system step by step. As a first step, I have installed PS
After all the applications that I installed, I tried to open PS it worked great until I installed the real Nvidia driver. I had the same problem as before. I threw this driver and everything works fine.

Creative cloud shows I have 2 updates - 1. Photoshop cc 2015 & 2. Lightroom cc 2015. When I try to do it asks for my password and then rejects it. I clearly know ' cos I'm connected here with him. The reminder is as much as I with reminds me that it is correct but is not not eligible and therefore do not allow me the updates. Remember that the password asking, it is NOT the creation of clouds or Adobe ID, the user of the computer, you must be and admin to install updates.

The "General" cloud requirements are quite low... so you have to ask in the forums of specific program for a special features used by individual programs
