  (2) WLSC also sent me a link to a "page of personal support" and a "PIN code", but the link opens a generic page. There is no place on the page to enter the PIN code.

  I can access my Inbox windows live, but I can not send. I don't see the same messages I try to send in my Outbox / Finally, solve this problem when I received another email from WLSC

To get parental permission on your account page, please note that this page is for accounts of Parent of Kids for Windows accounts Live or known as accounts of the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because these accounts are recorded in another e-mail provider, here are passports Kid of the provider.
