  I solved it now.

  The DPS in Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5\Plug-Ins\Graphics plugin installed files were in another Adobe InDesign Plug-ins folder.

  So I moved in the plug-in folder where Adobe InDesign CS5 is installed and it worked.

  Are you facing this problem only with Outlook or any other program as well?

  It seems that some background programs is in conflict with the proper functioning of Office Outlook 2007. You can try to put your computer in a clean boot and check the base program leading Outlook hang.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  The steps to perform a clean boot are given below:

  1 log on to the computer using an account with administrator rights

  2. click on start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue

  3. on the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items. (The check box use the file Boot is not available.)

  4. on the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all

  Note:

  Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services.   I tried to BootP and disable ipv6 on a printer and at first, it worked (finally).  But then, after having unplugged and restarted, he returned to the ip address of connection no.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and

  2. are you unable to make changes to only the files in the C drive or the discs?
