  If you don't want the unclassified issues to influence the score, simply set the value of score for each of these questions in the Quiz properties > General > Points and then uncheck properties Quiz > Reporting > report responses.

  Unfortunately, even when you are finished, Captivate still seems to count these questions when the numbering in a project quiz questions.  So if you use progress Quiz numbers will be bad.  Is there a way to use Variables and advanced Actions to create your own legend Quiz progress if it means a lot to you.
