  1. right click the icon of speaker near right lower clock - peripheral of reading

  Highlight speakers - properties (right same low page) - tab improvements - check Disable all sound effects
  Apply - OK

  2. check the configuration - Device Manager - sound, video and game controller

  Note name and complete model of the audio device - full decription - now double click it.
  Driver tab - notice the driver version. Then click on set to update driver (maybe nothing like MS is far
  behind the pilots of certification). Then right CLICK on the device - UNINSTALL - REBOOT - it will refresh
  the driver stack.

  Now go to system Maker and look for the updated drivers (or get the same if no new) it will be
  your rescue. Download - SAVE - go to where you put it-RIGHT click in it - RUN AS ADMIN

  Then do the same for the manufacturer of the device (like Realtek or who made the device).

  NOTE: Often restore audio drivers to check the version after installing and restarting is
  see if the version you have installed is there, otherwise repeat the installation - restart until it is. This may take

  For the last three weeks, I experience my iMac closing for no apparent reason.

  First of all I have if it were simply a fuse I replaced.

  The problem became more occurrent last week.

  I have same low leveled for Mountain Lion to see if maybe it was the operating system or software related, but it's the same thing.

  I have since reinstalled El Capitan of a clean install, and the problem still persists.

  • I removed the cable behind the screen to reset the SMC (which helps only temporary, but finally knocks again)
  • I tried a new installation of the operating system
  • I spent around sick Ram
  • I have reset the PRAM

  There's time were the computer remains on most long and times when it will start only insofar as the login screen and then stop.

  Please could someone help me shed light on this very frustrating issue... And the thing is, this computer is very rarely used since the purchase.

• Poor performance of Firefox after you apply the latest Microsoft Updates (Win 7 x 64); all solutions?

  Recently, I updated to Firefox 27 and noticed really horrible performance (Manager tasks indicates FF connecting a carrot, frequent "Firefox is not responding messages", even strikes in late development in the URL bar). It's on an Ideapad s205 (AMD E450 APU, Win 7 x 64, 8 GB RAM, SSD) who has always had pretty decent web browsing performance for a low end machine.

  At first, I blamed FF because poor performance coincided with the update to version 27, but now I think that the first cause to be a recent Microsoft Update. The reason is that my wife has a laptop with a same low-end APU (APU C60, hard drive 5400 RPM, 4 GB of RAM, Win 7 x 64), and she was getting much better performance with FF27 until I applied a backlog of some 90 + updates. Now she suffers from the same poor performance I am and she is pretty p * ssed at home.

  Interestingly, I have two WIn 7 x 64 Intel computers to office who have 27 FF and are fully patched, and performance are very good. Maybe this problem is specific to AMD APU.

  Any thoughts? I tried to turn off the backend Azure with some comments in this forum, but makes little or no difference.

• HP PHOTOSMART 7520E: HOW TO CONNECT THE 75 HP PRINTER TO THE COMPUTER AND THE ROUTER

  Here's my problem.  My modem from my ISP did not work properly and they brought a new modem and set up.  It is obviously not properly configured, and when I go on the computer I have to use the arrow in the lower right of my computer to connect to the Internet.  I also connect my printer using this same low right arrow.  My Internet provider tried to fix this error on the phone but IT does IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY.  I call today for an appointment for a tech to come to my house to fix this.  That's why I can't take back my electronic impressions with crossword games, etc., until it is properly fixed.  I would ask BEFORE the tech comes to my home to BRING A MODEM it IS WORKING CORRECTLY.  When I spoke this morning with my Internet provider, I learned that there are other people in my neighborhood by using the same network, that's why I'm having this problem.  I TOLD THEM THAT I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS BECAUSE ALL THESE PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURRED AFTER THEY HAVE INSTALLED THIS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE MODEM.  I HAVE THEM ALSO SAID SINCE I WAS 'SHARING' A MODEM WITH MY NEIGHBORS, I'LL ASK FOR A DISCOUNT ON MY SERVICE AND OF COURSE, THAT HAS NOT RECEIVED POSITIVELY.   I'll post an update when this problem is solved by my Internet provider.

  It supports SATA drives. Theoretically, you can install a RAID controller pci hardware and a decent AGP 8 x video card and have a computer very bit capable. $80 for 2 GB of RAM and processor P4 3.4 is frankly more than I would invest in it. In the day a 3.4 ghz P4 was very cool, but now there are cell phones and tablets that have equivalent computing power. Same low end Celeron desktop now on the market it will blow away in terms of performance.

  I got a NWZ-A726 for about 3 years now and have really enjoyed. I had to replace the headphones twice now. The last time was about 2 weeks ago. I replaced the with the same ones who came with them when I bought it new(MDR-EX082) both times. I also ordered a pair of headphones MDR-EX085 to compare the noise and as an extra pair. Now the problem is that the sound quality is not as good, with a pair, as it was before the old buds shorted. I even tried the buds of my wife and my daughter buds and all 4 sets of buds are the same. The bass is not deep at all, in fact, there is little agreement even bass. Then with the volume up when the sound level is trying to he started down. I tried to go back to factory settings and tried the reset button at the back where you will need to use a PIN to push. Has anyone else had this problem? I would just buy a new, but they are discontinued. I've been looking around but can't find one anywhere. Anyone who has ever used and compared with the new NWZ-S545? It has the same low sound quality like the NWZ-A726 older? If man is not an easy solution and the NWZ-S545 can give the same sound quality, I can simply get one of them.

• Satellite L500D slow downs

  This computer used to run fairly well (it is a dual core Athlon).

  Now, it is slow as a wet week.

  I disabled everything that can possibly be put off.

  I have same low leveled it for WinXP (from Win7)... on the assumption that it might be a piece of software that I couldn't find.

  It is still slow.

  Which makes me suspect that it's a hardware problem. The obvious risk culprit is the hard drive.

  So far, none of the tests I ran suggested that the player is running slowly.

  Anyone have any suggestions on how to diagnose or fix this slow down? Or did someone else having the same problem?

  A race of demand slowly or load slowly?
  What is the freezing of the system or what is exactly happening?

  If you want to check the HARD drive, I recommend using a free tool called the HDD drive fitness test.
  Its nice tool and it allows you to get detailed information from fitness on your HARD drive.

• Compac CQ58 fan runs constantly

  Six days ago, I bought a brand new Compac CQ58 and I noticed that the fan never stops running. The temperatures that I see on my screen for SpeedFan indicate fluctuations between 33 and 34 Celcius for HD1 and between 41 and 51 for Temp1, GPU and core.

  If the temperatures are not really high, but still maintaining fan running all the time, never stop.

  Is this normal? I don't have that with my previous laptop, a G62. Only things would turn out when the temperature could reach 50 C and turn off as soon as it was 40 ° C.

  Until I found that in the BIOS 'Fan always on' mode has been set by default. I put it to see the difference on "Fan not always - it". The result was that temperatures have risen to fluctuate between 46 and 58 C.

  Again, the temperature of the GPU varies between 40 and 50 C.  in "always on". Ususally it is 40 C or a few degrees higher when the CPU is not very active.

  The "Temp1" and "basic" - as they are called by SpeedFan on my laptop - are essentially the same core sometimes making 39 c. low.

  I imagine that HP has made the decision to all BIOS on "Fan always - we" in Compaq CQ58 I have a good reason... it keeps the lower temperature to "not always - we", so I'll keep it in the middle.

  But a Bay does contain all the connectors? Right?

  At first glance, this might be a little strange, but the fact is that the different models of Satellite P200/P200D were available on the market with different motherboards.

  Some would argue a 2nd HARD drive but some don t units. But all models supports the same low coverage and some people think that a 2nd HARD drive would be possible, what's not.

  There is a ThinkPad Edge 15, which I've updated the BIOS system 1.21.

• Decimation filter bandwidth

  Does anyone have information as to what the BW decimation filter is given at a certain rate of IQ?

  For my application, it is more important to vary/control the BW around the carrier.  It would be useful to know how 'work backwards' IQ rate since it is the variable that uses the driver.

  I'll assume the BW of rate and filter IQ have a fixed relationship regardless of the decimation factor, such as the relationship to the high rate of IQ (low decimation) is the same low IQ (strong decimation)?  Is there a "rule" calculation which could make me this info?

  For what it's worth, setting speed IQ doesn't seem to be a very useful setting. On the contrary, you are more likely to know the bandwidth you want to capture, and then let simply decimation would produce based on that.  Otherwise... If you're not careful (or don't know what you're doing) you might inadvertently filter/decimate and eventually a small piece of BW glancing you think... all this in the name of lower rates of data streaming of the USRP.

  The A/D NI with DDCS already seems to do.  You specify it given P.C. and SDC configures the decimation based on the nearest whole factor of the A/D sampling rate.  There is a handy little table in sheets which shows for a BW given, is that the IQ data resulting rate.  I'm basically looking for something similar for the USRP.

  This could be a subtle understanding, I won RF by thet rate bu IQ equipment is ultimately limiting your maximum bandwidth. How much this bandwidth is usable depends on a device. (True for the acquisition and generation)

  In an ideal world, your IQ rate "would be tantamount to your bandwidth" (acquisition).  This is the general rule.  If you take a FFT on a number of samples at a rate of 10 MSa/s, you will find yourself with a frequency which extends MHz - 5 to + 5 MHz. If your signal uses this entire range of 10 MHz is not implied, but you would not be able to fully acquire a signal with a bandwidth greater than 10 MHz for sure.

  The USRP has specific IQ rates it supports, so I season always re-reading the IQ rate under duress.  If you need to change your filter specifications or need more flexibility just decimate and only filter process, think I woud suggest to implement a filter software - your choice opens considerably as well as being able to choose a butterworth on a chebyshev and specifying the order of the filter, etc..
