  I fell right on the problem.

  Use the Windows key + P to pass between the double screen and return to the single screen mode and returns the pointer.

  Play with the mouse settings did not help.  I think it's a problem of display driver.

I can't follow the instructions in "How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista" to a successful conclusion.  (Microsoft.com/kb 929833).  I get error messages like "ERROR: the system cannot find the file specified" or "invalid parameter ' administrator: F" or "cannot find the path specified."  Maybe my spacing is incorrect or using the wrong letters in the example.  My hard drive is 'C' and my copy factory restore partition is "D".

  Contact the manufacturer of your computer and have them shoot to the top of the order for your PC and they should be able to pull the top of your serial number {I could do with my Dell} - (if you bought through them - maybe it's not possible if you bought the computer at a point of sale where the serial number is not saved unless you have submitted a registration form for) the manufacturer and then it depends on the manufacturer or not they keep this information available and are ready to reveal it to you).  But other than what Malke suggested, it's the only way I know to get the serial number if it rubs off the laptop.

  I'm having a hard time to believe that they need a serial number and cannot identify a compatible adapter of just the name, brand and model (and number).  I'm sure there are other suppliers who can meet your needs without that level of detail.

  In my case, we tried to do a few different modifications here and there on the DX650 but never managed to do work.  Randomly, I was able to connect to the fineness with the DX650 as my camera, then my colleague could not connect to the Finesse with his 9971 as his camera - (keep in mind this was in an environment of model and it was just her and me as agents).  Since I saw this strange behavior and doesn't do not sense, we rebooted the server CCX. Once she is back to the top, we were also well able to connect successfully and had not had the problem since.

  you need a platform swap (Exchange a product Adobe of a different version of the language or platform) but which is only supported for the latest versions of adobe.

  You can get the upgrade pricing and exchange platforms, or use an abonnemement DC acrobat and use on both platforms.
