  As the other user accounts are NOT affected, I have to say that your admin account is corrupted.
  My suggestion is:
  1. create another account as administrator account.
  2 remove your corrupt admin account.
  During the withdrawal of your account, you will receive an option to backup your data before removal. Take this option.
  The system has NO save your e-mail messages. So, you will need to save messages in an external folder if you want to keep them. I don't know how to do this. You can report this issue as a separate thread. Title such as "How can I save my e-mail messages before as I delete my account?

  I have major problems with the latest versions of 2015 of photoshop and illustrator. It takes 15 minutes to read a file and often more than one hour to save a file.
