  OK, I've corrected this BS... found the preferences > language setting by looking at the old installation on laptop... pick any other random language, restarted Lightroom and was in Italian... I could now give a sense... went into preferences > language and English selected, rebooted and now everything seems to be OK... come on Adobe!... this shouldn't happen.

  You probably can't.   Audition records just any signal that is called by the audio device to your computer, be it the sound chip on board basis or a professional audio interface.  It is on the controls to you audio device that you have selected your source.

  Unfortunately, most of the manufacturers have removed options like "What U Hear" or "Line Out" of their selection menus. "  It was under pressure from the recording industry who thought that this ability was used to pirate music.

  There are ways around it for Skype.   There is a piece of software called 'Virtual Audio Cable"which would let you do - unfortunately not free and quite tedious to put in place.  Virtual Audio cable home page

  Or, if you can deal with recording in a separate bit of software and editing at the hearing, there are a number of specialist Skype recorders.  I used one called "ifree Skype Recorder" recording Skype calls with iFree Skype Recorder - your FREE Skype software call recorder with great success.

  Finally, if you have mixer etc. Sometimes, I have rigged a system to use my smartphone to call Skype, create UNMIS RSS mix in mixer and record at the hearing.  I must admit that it was more to see if I could because I had to!

  I guess when you do this, it's for the documents that are sent to you for signature and not the documents you send to be signed, correct? For documents that you sent to you that are not focused correctly unfortunately there is nothing you can do. This is the mode of creation of the acrobat file and Echosign does not affect that. The author of the document will have to open the PDF file out of its library and change the orientation of this way before you send the document to sign. This should then allow fields to be correctly oriented.

  Again, I say, it's my assumption based on what you said but if there is something happening, please answer back with a bit more detail on the document, that you be creative, recipient and perhaps a few details about whether the orientation is portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal). This will give me a little more information to go and help.

  It could be that your video driver has been reset to some VGA default, rather than the specific card in your system. Check the properties of the display to see if it is correct for your telephone. (Right click on the desktop, properties, settings). You should see the screen and display adapter listed.
