  I use paging and exit only 10 records per page - there is no some long fields, but many conditions CFIF, etc..

  There is a CF administrative setting - enable Whitespace Management on
  the settings page.

  Other management tools of the white space you mentioned can also be made to
  work. But you don't have to code your pages with white spaces in mind. For
  example, using works even better if you can group your logic in
  blocks. Even with enableoutputonly. If your page is a giant
  you won't see a lot of improvement with this option.
  To make it work, you need to have only the tags all about what is
  in fact intended to be sent to the client any of of the processing logic.

  All interactive objects real Captivate have an option (usually buried in one of the Properties tab accordion) to add quizzes with a score that is given if the user can get a condition for success.  Glance for this option.

  However, be aware that transform an ordinary blade in a question or interaction and put it for having a score does NOT mean that it behaves EXACTLY like a real question of slide.  There are some things that JUST slides in question quiz will do.

  If I create a link mailto: link using text that contains a variable, it is not displayed in the output HTML 5. The text is there, and the link works, it is not visible.

  Here is the slide in Captivate:

  

  If the slide is out 8 lines - 2 of each set of 4 should be links. The first are web links, the second are mailto: links.

  As you can see the link with the variable email is not displayed. Did the same thing on the iPad:

  

  The link is there however, you can click in the box, it takes in the browser (or typing on the ipad) and a new email is created.

  I have duplicate slides that the user can jump. When they do the program is marked as progress when really, they have seen everything but technically not each slide.

  Thank you. In fact, I managed to find a solution that does not require the user to press the button! You can add an action to a slide itself using Javascript execution on success. In the Script window, you add that scorm_setcompleted() and that tell of the SGA to mark the complete project on enter on this slide. So that's what to do if someone reads this

• Playback bar disappears from the slide content when browsing back to a question slide

  My captivate project has the PlayBar disabled on quiz questions, which works very well.  However, if I move to the back of a quiz in a content slide, the PlayBar is gone (even if it is the first time I saw the content).  I tried to adjust the cpcmndshowplaybar to 1 on this content slide to see if it would work, but no luck.

  I tried an empty project with a 1 x blade and question slides x 1 and I get the same bug, disappears from the play bar.

  Hi all, I made a workaround for the problem as follows:

  1 to edit > Preferences > Quiz > settings: I unchecked «hide PlayBar in Quiz»

  2. in the project > Skin Editor: I unchecked «hide PlayBar in Quiz»

  3. on skiing all the content, I executed a playback show advanced action cpCmdShowPlaybar with 1 bar

  4. in the Question pool, on all the content slides I executed a PlayBar hide advanced action cpCmdShowPlaybar with 0

  That did the trick, it is not save time or probably not the right way to do it, but has solved the problem.

  A model is something totally different, as I explained in this article. Save over and over time (with different names) could more easily corrupt your workflow with the 'model' is even quite dangerous Maybe it's what happened.  A model is a file of cptl where you want more than a simple design, have blades with placeholders, shares advanced, variable etc.. It can be used only with file, new project model and which means its resolution are solved.

  Lilybiri has already answered your question.  The table of contents only shows the name of the random Question slide and can't give you the name of the slide of the random quiz question slide that is picked up from the Question pool when running dynamically.

  Essentially the Random Question slide is just a placeholder.

  However, I think that your idea of being able to have the selected slide display its name in the table of contents if you wish has some merit.  Then I suggest that you connect to an enhancement with Adobe for this request.  You never know...

  I also want to mention that if you disable your GPU acceleration and use the software only mode the question should stop. It seems to affect only when the GPU acceleration is turned on.

  Go to file > project settings > General and only software switch.

  I'm working on a tutorial. I wish it was questions all the tutorial to reinforce what is taught. The order would be kind of like 2 content slides, 2 question slides, 2 content slides, slides of question 2. Unfortunately, all the question slides get mix and cannot be separated even when I try to add two slides in question at the end, they automatically appear just after the first 2 question slides.   What version do you use? This has been the case in the very old versions, but for some time, you should be able to have the content of the slides between the question slides. Unless you don't talk about normal question slides but pre-test slides: who should be in the sequence at the beginning of the project.
