  everytime I turn on my new HP Envy, he asks me to "select your keyboard type" I confirmed the American provision is chosen as default with no selected secondary provisions.  Always wonder every time.  Ideas?

  To set a keyboard like the keyboard by default, follow these steps:

  a. type in the right edge of the screen, and then click Search.

  (If you use a mouse, point to the upper right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down and then click find.)

  b. enter language, choose settingsand then tap or click Add a language.

  c. tap or click Advanced settings.

  d. under Override for the default input method, select the keyboard layout, you want to be your default keyboard and then press or click Save.

• Add Server 2012 R2 Server Manager servers dialog box problem

  I have a problem in 2012 R2 Server when you add a remote server to all server management interface.   Using the dialog box add servers to add a workgroup server (no configured DNS server), I added the problem of server using the IP address.  A dialog box appears that says "can't resolve host would you like to add it anyway?  For awhile do this, I clicked 'No', but finally clicked on Yes and the server by its server name has been added.

  However, I can not access this server remotely, make sure that it is in the list of approved first hosts.  I have the correct IP addresses and have firewall advances for troubleshooting I can connect on the server locally with an administrator account.

  Removing the server from the remote management console, and then add that it does not solve the problem as server name solves always in the dialog add a server with the credentials apparently wrong.  It is the only server of four that I made this mistake, the other three work great after choosing 'Yes' to add the server non - solve anyway.

  My question is, how do I clear the credentials of server 'broken' out of the 'Add Server' dialog box to the server properly.  The added server is another Server R2 2012.  I changed server names and addresses IP, but the dialog box always detects the server with the new information and still not will not properly add it to Manager remotely.

  And the idea of how to do to erase the old credentials?

  I am trying to install the EMCC 12.1.0.4 on a virtual machine in Windows Server 2012 hosted on an ESXi server. Previously installed without getting updates completed without any problems. Because some features did not work properly, I decided to install once more and also get updates from Oracle. I followed the directions of advanced installation. The virtual machine has been reset to the stage before. So no installation is dirty.

  After getting updates and display the patches Oracle Setup calls a Windows saying that the installer will be restarted. But it's not. I waited and waited, but nothing happened.

  Newspapers shows the first steps after the restart and no other error. I tried several other approaches:

  1. download the updates from the server to install and use my credentials for Metalink

  2. use the option - ignoresysprereqs

  3 use the option - showProxy

  4. download updates on another server using the option - downloadUpdates as the copy on the server to win 2012.

  In all cases the same behavior:

  After you click OK in the windows message saying that will follow a restart of the installation, the installation program restarts, a command window is displayed for 1-2 seconds, then everything stops.

  I have everything running as administrator.

  And I was able to capture the contents of the command window that appears for 1-3 seconds prior to YES.

  Are more errors saying:

  I met the same problem.   You need to do a manual installation of the vmware tools (http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&docTypeID=DT_KB_1_1&externalId=1003417).
