In Windows 7 (blue screen) display driver problem
I have slim HP Compaq DC7700 desktop and there a problem, the screen turns off then (such as changing the refresh rate) and after doing this for about 3 times, the computer hangs for a while and then displays a blue screen with some information, then restarts. Since Vista, the components of "Timeout detection and recovery" (TDR) of the subsystem video OS have been able to do some really impressive things to try to find issues that would have led to the earlier OS like XP to crash.
As a last resort, the TDR subsystem sends a video driver command "Please restart you now!" and wait a few seconds.
If there is no answer, the BONE concludes that the combo of driver/hardware video has really collapsed in a heap, and it fires at this stop 0 x 116 BSOD.
If playing with video driver versions did not help, make sure that the box is not overheated.
Try to remove a side panel and a fan of big sector directly to the motherboard and GPU.
Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to check whether the cooler temperatures make a difference.
If so, it could be as simple as dust accumulation and inadequate cooling afterwards.
I download cpu - z and gpu - z (both free) and keep an eye on the video time

Hello
References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.
Added new hardware, updated drivers to date (don't forget to check in Control Panel - Windows Updates -
updates to the pilot), or add key software lately? Drivers and antivirus/antispyware/security
the products are also suspect likely. Next message is my generic driver updated methods to use when

Cause
This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high.
The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after installing a faulty device driver,
BIOS or system service. If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be
caused by a device driver, system service, a virus scanner, or backup tool which is not compatible
with the new version.Solve the problem
If a kernel debugger is available, get a stack trace.
To resolve an error caused by the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS
- Restart your computer.
- Press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system.
- In the Windows Advanced Options menu, select last known good Configuration .
- This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.
To resolve an error caused by an incompatible device driver, system service, virus
Scanner, or backup tool- Check the system log in Event Viewer for error messages that may identify the device or
- the driver that caused the error.
- Try disabling the cache in memory of the BIOS.
- Run the diagnostics of material provided by the manufacturer of the system, in particular the memory
- scanner. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
- Make sure that the latest Service Pack is installed.
- If your system has interface cards (SCSI) small computer system, contact the adapter
- manufacturer for updates of Windows drivers. Try to disable sync negotiation in the SCSI
- BIOS, check the wiring and the SCSI ID of each device and confirming the proper termination.
- For devices (IDE) peripheral electronic integrated, set the built-in as only primary IDE port.
- Also, check each IDE device to the right setting master/slave/stand alone. Try
- remove all IDE devices except for the hard drives.

Blue screen errors the problem points to the files Volsnap.sys or Classpnp.sys.
Last month, I had a series of blue screens. The problem points to the files Volsnap.sys or Classpnp.sys.
I have a Dell Precision T3500, running 64-bit Windows 7 Prof. The system is configured with RAID.
Sometimes rebooting the system in the middle of the night and sometimes it freezes while I work on that. It is during the night to safeguard and Virus scanning using Trend Micro, which is the only type of trainer of spam on the system.
No idea on how to stop this would be really appreciated! Thank you

Here's what I use and recommend: (these are all free and very effective versions.)
Avast and Prevx proved extremely reliable and compatible with all I have
launched on them. Microsoft Security Essentials and Prevx have also proven to be very
reliable and compatible. Use MSE or Avast and Prevx, Prevx 3 but not all.Avast Home free - stop any shields is not necessary except leaving Standard, Web, and
Operation of the network.Prevx - Home - free
Windows Firewall
Windows Defender (is not necessary if you use MSE)
Protected IE - mode
IE 8 - SmartScreen filter WE (IE 7 phishing filter)
I also IE always start with asset if filter InPrivate IE 8.
(It may temporarily turn off with the little icon to the left of the + bottom
right of IE)Two versions of Avast are available 6.x and 4.8 x
Avast - home - free - 6.x stop shields you do not use (except files, Web, network, &)
Shields of behavior) - double click on the icon in the Notification area - real time Orange - click on the
Shield that you want to stop - STOP. To stop the Orange icon to show an error indicator-
Click on the Orange icon - top right - settings - click on the status bar - uncheck shields you
disabled - click OK

and the network running. (Double-click the blue icon - look OK. - upper left - Shields details
Finish those you don't use).
http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download#TAB4Or use Microsoft Security Essentials - free
http://www.Microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/Prevx works well alongside MSE or Avast
Prevx - home - free small, fast, exceptional protection CLOUD, working with other security
programs. It is a single scanner, VERY EFFICIENT, if it finds something come back here
or use Google to see how to remove.

http://info.prevx.com/downloadcsi.asp <-->-->PCmag - Prevx - Editor's choice
http://www.PCMag.com/Article2/0, 2817,2346862,00.aspAlso get Malwarebytes - free - use as scanner only. If you ever think malware and that
would be unusual with Avast and occasional Prevx running with the exception of a low level cookie
(not much), to UPDATE and then run it as a scanner. I have a lot of scanners and they
never find anything of note that I started to use this configuration.==========================================================

do not be in the mix) and CAUSE volsnap.sys classpnp.sys which are
Components of Windows, which means something else led in error.1. Uninstall TrendMicro as it has a role - is not enough to just disable

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high.
This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.
If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates a runtime operation, this bug check was probably caused by a driver who was trying to run code when the code itself has been paginated outside. The possible causes for the error page are:
- The function was marked as pageable and was operating at an IRQL higher (including obtaining a lock).
- The function call was made to a function in another pilot, and that this driver has been unloaded.
- The function was called by using a function pointer that was an invalid pointer.

Last night, my laptop that runs windows xp blue screened and says something about the queue
original title: help solve a mistake, please on windows xp
Last night my laptop that runs windows xp blue screened and says something about the queue and to bring the computer out of which I did. I just tried to turn it on an hour ago, I use it now, and I got a message saying he had recovered from a serious error and I wanted to report to microsoft? I clicked Yes, but unbeknownst to me, I had no internet connection at the point of having to re-enter my our Verizon router WEP number in this laptop. I essentially self-taught myself much on computers that tell you, I'm not really computer literate, but if you can point me in the right direction, I can very well do. This is where to ask my question/problem. I went in the event viewer and found this error/explanation: Index information is corrupt and Indexing Service cannot re - index the content automatically. User action: stop and restart the indexing service using the following command:
SC stop cisvc
SC start cisvc
Can someone tell me please how to do this? I think I know, but I'm really not sure so please help... Thank you
It really seems to me as if you had a temporary problem which has now disappeared and that you probably do not need to do anything.
However, please click Start, and then click Printers and faxes and report what, if anything, you see in the window that opens.
If you don't see an icon for the printer that you think should be there, you need to fix this. On the other hand, if your printer icon is there - or if you do not have a printer attached to your computer - you need not do anything.
If you want your computer to be a little faster and at the same time save space on your hard drive, read the LifeHacker article I linked in my previous post. However, you need not to do, and you can erase [probably] regardless of the index corruption has occurred by starting and stopping the Indexing Service (cisvc) by entering commands in a command prompt window that I described.
Yet once, you don't need to change your encryption WEP to WPA or WPA2 wifi, but doing so will make your network more secure wireless. If you want to change your encryption, you would start by changing the configuration of your router from Verizon. You should be able to find detailed instructions on the Verizon support site. I don't know if you have Verizon FiOS or Verizon DSL service; This is a page of relevant support FiOS--> http://www22.verizon.com/ResidentialHelp/FiOSInternet/Networking/Setup/Security/124980.htm

A problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is installed correctly. If it is a new installation, ask your hardware manufacturer or software, the Windows updates, you might need.
If this problem persists, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe mode.
Technical information:
STOP: 0X0000C1F5 (0X00000000, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)First of all, I have not installed new hardware or software. The only thing I can think is that maybe Windows has installed an update and it broke. I tried to reboot in safe mode and get the same error message, so I can't really do anything. I also tried startup repair and which does nothing.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Good,
Its average you have to reinstall the windows or your system restore factory.
You can install parallel to windows vista.
http://vistahomepremium.WindowsReinstall.com/parallelinstall/index.htm
Note: In a parallel installation, you won't lose your data, but in the factory restore, you lose.
Thank you

Laptop HP Pavilion dv7t after connection then blue screen display problem
My phone displays the Windows 7 login screen very well.
After I login, I see the desktop and icon and it flashes a couple times with a gray screen.
Next, I get a blue screen and restart the computer.
Any ideas?
Hello
The fact that it works well in Safe Mode, more points to a problem with the video chip. Unfortunately the video card (called a card or a built-in chip) is physically soldered to the motherboard.
That's what I would recommend.
As you can access the safemode, make a copy of backup all your important files, etc. Then try to reinstall the operating system or your discs recovery or Partition of HARD drive - if you still have the same problem, you could be quite certain that it is not software partner. As I mentioned earlier, if you could possibly connect the laptop to an external display and you still get this problem, you could then be confident that the problem is with the video card - in this case, see the link below. The page does not mention your particular model, but it can be useful in communicating with the guys.
Kind regards
