  What is the size of your external hard drive and what is the available free space? Open my computer-> right click on the external hard drive-> properties. You will not be able to copy more data if the disk is full, or who have less space compared to the size of the file you are trying to copy.

  You need to remove the order data to make the space more. Deleted data from the device USB will be permanently deleted and will not be stored in your Inbox, so take care while eliminating unnecessary data.

  A few days ago my themes worked well in Adobe Captivate 7.  I created a custom theme and now I see again the themes preloaded in the themes Panel, but when I click on a theme, I get the same error message "Failed to apply the new theme" any theme choose what project I am, or if it is a new or existing project.

  When I go to the slide master it shows some pre-series either.

  I checked my Adobe Captivate theme folder and it seems that the only thing there are skins now (although I'm not sure of what was there before).  I don't know how simply disappeared.  I even tried to uninstall / reinstall the product and for some reason, it does not.

  If you are on Windows, it is pretty easy.

  Close Captivate

  Right-click on the shortcut and look at the properties.

  Opinion on the properties is a button to open the location. Click it, and Windows Explorer opens.

  Starting location in the Solution Explorer, open the folder Utils.

  Double-click the CleanPreferencesWin.bat file. (Note that you can not see the part .bat, according to your settings in Windows)

  Now close the dialog box and restart Captivate.
