  -What happens when you try to play using Media Player 11 .wav files?
   
  -You get an error message or error code? If Yes, indicate the same.
   
  Try this step and check if that helps:
   
  a. open Windows Media Player 11.
   
  b. go to tools. Click on Options.
   
  c. on the File Types tab, remember that there is a check mark in the box Windows (wav) audio file. Click on apply. Click OK.

  Yes, the collection clears all of the C drive and you will lose your files. The solution would be to backup regularly to an external HARD drive and after the key one to also restore the files from the external hard drive.

  AIR should not create additional files in your folder program files, it's something you're doing programmatically?  If so, you can consider using File.applicationStorageDirectory instead due to permission issues, you will have on the newer operating systems.

  As for uninstalling all files (even), this is something you can consider using a native installer to take care.  Installer AIR not being aware of these data, it won't know of to remove on uninstall.  Instead, you'll want to create a custom function in a native installer that removes these files/folders and sub launches AIR installation/uninstallation.

An example, the SAP interface will drop each period end 50 files in the OpenBatch folder. My client say make sure the autotask is running if the number of files in the folder is 50.   Sounds to me like your files is of variable image files that are not compatible with the first.  Search for "Handbrake".
