  • WHY APPLE DOESEN'T SEND AN EMAIL ABOUT A CHARGE PENDING TO DOUBLE-CHECK A CREDIT CARD

So I download an app from Wal-Mart, and I have not anything bought on iTunes in a while, if I have $17.07 to credit. I noticed a "pending" charge of $1.00 and think someone's trying to see if the account will accept the charge pending in order to come back and 'buy' something bigger. So, I call Discover and report any suspicious activity, and cancel us the credit card! I then called the phone number on the charge waiting to see if iTune can tell me who are the load, only to get a recording to go to the web site.  What I did.  Nothing on the web site indicates that Apple will send you from time to time pending charge to CHECK a credit card that has not been used! I got Apple Support call me and they told me it! WHY IS THERE NO EMAIL SENT TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE TO EXPLAIN THAT?

It's normal...  Apple places hold a $1 authorization, but you will be refunded within two to three business days.

  • iPad no charging current

Two of my iPads suddenly started poster "do not load" in the upper right corner recently.  A mini iPad 2 that was barely 1 month began to do this two days after hanging to a charger for the afternoon, and just tonight, I opened my iPad Air until you find that is now doing the same thing.

Both of the iPads are plugged to wall Chargers using the charger and the cable supplied with the iPad.  We have several devices Apple here in the House, so I made sure that the iPad 12W charger is used.  I also tried to hang the iPads up to different Chargers with the same result.  Other iPad and iPhone load fine on all our Chargers.

I tried to do a full reset on the iPad mini and has no effect.  At the end of the day, I went back to Costco, thinking it was defective, only to now find my iPad Air which I had for about a year is the same thing.  This cannot be a coincidence.

We had no problem with these iPads until the upgrade to iOS 10.  I upgraded the iPad iOS 10 mini and the problem started occurring about a day later.  My iPad that air has fonctionnee iOS 10 for almost 2 weeks now, I think, and it just started tonight.

There seems to be a problem with iOS10. Just going by the threads on this forum, Apple seems to have changed the minimum acceptable input power.

It doesn't seem to be much users can do but wait for a fix.

Even though it says not charging, let it set out with the screen and see if it is supported.

  • MacBook Air 11 '' does not turn on or charge

So here's my problem, I was using the macbook and I decided to close it and then fell asleep. On the next day, I opened it and try to use it, but he never responded. I thought that the battery is dead so I plugged in the charger and discover that the light never went. I was scared so I watched some videos about it and found that I just need to disconnect the battery, turn on without the battery but the charger plugged in, and close it down and put the battery, but who did not work at all. I also discovered that the charger light would come if I just used the charger on another macbook, any ideas on what to do?

  • USB charger - 29W C - compatibility with 12.9 "iPad Pro

I'm looking for an answer as to if the USB - C 29W charger is compatible with the iPad to 12.9 "Pro. I know this question has been asked and answered by the communities in the past, but when I went to the Apple Store to buy the charger today, the staff told me that the charger could damage my battery over time. I then started a support chat session to confirm the answer and the representative said (and I quote) "If 2 people advised me not to do something, I would not even waste my time." We could care less if you want to damage your unit. »

First of all, I never got a rude responses to Apple, so it was a surprise. Secondly, I really just trying to get an answer to the question. Can anyone (especially Apple) help out me? Thank you!

If it is not in the specs of the iPad, you're crazy to use it. The Chargers are cheap, the iPad is not.

  • iPad Pro does not charge

My iPad Pro (10.0.2) says not charging when connected to the nearest 4th USB port of lightning on my iMac OSX end 2015 10.11.6. Another thing that I connect it works so there is nothing wrong with this port.

However, my iPad charges when it is connected to the other 3 USB ports. Tried other Apple cables, restarted my iMac and reset my iPad.

Basically, it's not the iPad, and it's not USB port cuz that they both work when plugged in with something else. It's just the 2 at the same time with the other who do not work.

I'm so confused. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello. It seems that the charge voltage/current monitoring software has been changed in iOS 10. It is much more sensitive. Your device's charge when says "do not load", but he is in charge, probably faster when it shows the Flash. See the iPad is cool the computer after an upgrade to iOS 10 batches of a discussion of this issue.

  • update of iOS 10 charging problem

After the iOS10 on my iPad Air update, I started to have a charging problem.  With the cable is connected, the battery icon in the top right would change at "no charge".  I had an extension cable usb between the lightning and the wall outlet cable.  I removed the extension cable and load began to work properly.  Replace the extension cable and deliver returns.

It's either a problem with the update or intentionally done to force people to buy Apple products.  What update of the system would interrupt the load with a replacement cable?

I use spare parts but IFM certified cables without any problem.
