incoming mail is ok, but my e-mail policy is shrinking when I 'response', 'before' or write a new email.

My emails were fine, but now even if all goes well when I get the mail, when I write a new one, or use the 'response' or 'before' the police tab becomes small excrutiatingly! I have to type in Comic without 26 so that I can read what I write! When writing, it looks more like comic without 11. When the recipient receives it, it's at 26 and my friends and family think I took leave of my senses and decided that they must have vision problems!

Help, please

Silver Surfer, goes even more white due to this problem!

When you compose and read a message, go to view | Size of the text in each case and make sure that it is set to medium.   If this does not help, it would be useful to know what e-mail program you use.

Yes, it's a problem known and recognized with no simple solution. Some have managed to enter their settings, safari and disabling javascript. For others, the best "fix" is simply use another browser until Apple releases an update.

Regarding mail, you simply can't click links in your mail using the apple mail application.

When I want to send pictures on the photos of my, it will only try and send it through my old account. How can I change this in the computer so that it won't let me send photos of my hotmail?

    Hi BelindaDavidson,

    1. you have any mail client? What mail client do you use?
    2. If you have the email client, email address is configured?

If you have the e-mail client, and if it is set up with hotmail, then only you will get hot mail as a default email client. That's why you need to configure Hotmail to your e-mail client.

If you mean the customer of email Windows Live Mail, the time stamp on messages is governed by your time zonesystem. Right-click on the clock in the lower right of the screen and select CONFIGURATION... Change your time zone, and then set your clock at the present time.

If you are talking about the Windows Live Hotmail service, the time zone (s) used are those contained in your account data. Reach
    https://account.live.com/EditProf.aspx
and change the time zones for the good...

Windows Live programs and services have their own forums for support at the Windows Live Solution Center. Please address any questions you may have about Windows Live Mail to one of the forums on the right side of this page. For Hotmail, forums and responses are available via this page.

In Entourage, all the incoming mails are doubled. How can I fix this?

Entourage is not an Apple product and there are very few users Entourage here. I do part, but never encountered the problem you describe. You the best chance for a quick resolution is to post your question forums Office: Mac from Microsoft here:

    Office for Mac

Everyone he's a Mac user AND a user desktop, something you can't say about Apple forums. You will get the quickest help there and I think you'll find contributors more useful.

  • Thunderbird 38.2.0 does not check for incoming mail, freezing

I used Thunderbird for years without problem. Update 38.2.0 was so bad for me that I had to uninstall it. Questions:

    (1) would not check for incoming mail
    (2) popped up the windows of information that had no text and even not closing "x" in the corner (although I could click the right superior whiteness and she closed)
    (3) screen would freeze. At least the closing 'x' still - working but it's the only thing that makes.

Every update I've ever had until this has been perfectly integrated. This one was painful.

My question is when there's an update to correct these problems?

Please update to version 38.3.0 which came out today. Will probably solve your problem.

    Is this better?

  • When he was first intalled my incoming mail was chronologically it is now in alphabetical ordr of the subject and I would like to return to the original format. How?

Now I am told when I have incoming mail, but I have to trawl through all messages to find new mail. It's frustrating and, as far as I'm concerned, one step back. I wish I could go back to my old system. This other is on my back. Mozilla? More like Godzilla.

He must familiarize themselves with the sorting. It is easier than you may think.

Take a look at the article in the following link. After a first reading, ignore the first section with the chips and start over at "How sort."

    http://chrisramsden.vfast.co.UK/8_How_to_sort.html

The first bit will make more sense when you understand sort.

I suggest that you assign view | Sort by | The, new messages appear in the order that sort you have chosen.

If you have trouble finding what speaks of this article, perhaps your menus are disabled. Try these:

  • Mailing address: change the incoming mail server

My servers have changed and I need to add new servers to my Mail application, but I can't change the incoming mail server: the text in the incoming mail server field is light gray and I can't choose or change. I changed the outgoing mail server and I can now send emails, but reception does not work. The incoming mail server is online and it is the same as the outgoing e-mail server.

Can someone help me and tell how to change the incoming mail server?

Ok. I found help in this thread: cannot not change the incoming mail server

  • The field "Incoming mail server" cannot be empty.

It all started with Notes in Mail, do not sync with Notes on iCloud more.

So I tried to delete the iCloud account in Mail and add more later. I did it in Mail and in system preferences.

But now, when I try to change some preferences and save them, it gives me the following error: "the field"Incoming mail server"cannot be empty." The field is well informed, and it is greyed out, so I can't change it.

How can I fix? I've tried signing to iCloud and restart my MacBook etc.

    See you soon,.

I just found the answer myself. I clicked on the Inbox folder, secondary went to 'Read the account information' and changed the behavior of the mailbox there.

  • I'm answering an ad on craigslist and Outlook Wizard Windows wonder for the mail server (POP, IMAP, or HTTP) and anSMTP server used for incoming mail. How can I find these?

I'm tryilng for answering an ad on craigslist. I could never do it because when I try to answer the ad, I am sent to Windows Outlook Wizard. I wonder for an incoming mail server. (POP, HTTP IMAPor) and an SMTP server for mail out. Where can I get these from?

Sorry, but I don't know a thing about dam on computers. I use it a lot... What is an ISP?

ISP = Internet service provider.  Anyone who buys a PC and want to get online purchases this connectivity with an Internet service provider.  A lot of people get their Internet service from their cable company, like Comcast or Charter.  Some use AT & T.  Some use Verizon.

Most (all?) Internet service providers also has mail services, assigning to customers who want one, an e-mail address.  AT & T, for example, provides e-mail ending addresses by @att.net.  People can also use independent e-mail like Google Mail providers, Hotmail/Live or Yahoo, which do not depend on any of particular Internet Service provider.

Clearly if you try to answer message from Craig's list, you must have a messaging services provider and an e-mail address for this vendor.  Trying to repond to a message by clicking on a MailTo URL in a web page (i.e., mailto:*** address email is removed from the privacy *) usually, you need a mail client - a program that allows to send and receive mail - on your computer.  If you use an e-mail service such as Hotmail or Google Mail, accessed through a web browser, online then you can not send mail by clicking on the link email in a web page or a message without changing your Windows registry database, something not to be taken lightly by anyone who is a self-proclaimed computer naive.  Some providers of online, like Yahoo Messenger, provide toolbars that integrate with your web browser to provide a part of the functionality of a complete email client, for example the activation of the option click MailTo URLS on web pages.
