  Lightroom does not use plug in Camera Raw. So download the latest Camera Raw did nothing at all for you. The only way to update or upgrade Lightroom is to get the latest version. If you have Lightroom 4 then the latest version of Lightroom, you have no additional cost is Lightroom 4.4.1. If the device you are using requires something newer that what is supported and that the version of Lightroom, then an upgrade to Lightroom 5.

  This is the first time I needed to scan. I followed the instructions for the scan of a page of a document I want to make changes. Once I followed the instructions to make a new scan, I get the menu printer and it is set to photography and other things by default. No place to check the size of the page or anything like that. When I clicked on start, the printer kept analysis an infinite number of pages in a file document, all the great super size - not to the size of the original portrait. The pages were numbered from 1 to 8 years before I stopped scanning. I tried several times with the same useless results. The preview of one of the pages seemed to be the right size, but the latter has not been analyzed like that. I follow all the on-screen instructions every step of the way. Is it me or the printer that is the problem here? Thank you.

• All printers are gone, when I try to install the drivers of local or network printers that it says the printer drum is stopped and cannot install the drivers.

  Check your antivirus App disable to test the print functions. If this works, you need better virus protection.

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.   I understand that you are unable to make a copy of the front of your printer Officejet 6700.

  Please follow the steps for a Solution in the Scanner failure paper paper.  You don't specifically mention you found the error but it is what it sounds like.  You can also use HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows.

  Please make sure that you select PDF or searchable PDF as the Format. You should then find a box to check the 'combined in one document.

• Printer HP 2710 Uni-Funtion - cannot scan from Windows 8.1

  I have a HP 2710 connected to my home network via ethernet.  On my new laptop Win 8.1, I downloaded and ran the HP printer Install Wizard (hppiw.exe), which gives the impression but no other 'multi-function' - i.e. I have not all features of scan, fax, copy, etc. of my laptop Win 8.1 as I did of WinXP.

  What is the 8.1 win equivalent for "HP Director"?

  In Windows XP, "HP Director" had icons for these features that I have more:

  • Photo scanner
  • Document Scanning
  • Transfer pictures
  • Send a Fax
  • Make Copies
  • HP Image Zone
  • Documents HP Viewer, etc.

• Reinstalled PSE9 and cannot load pictures of PSE9

  About 6 months ago, I upgraded to PSE8 for PSE9. During the upgrade process, I converted all my catalogs PSE8 PSE9 format. After the conversion, I also added a few new pictures directly in PSE9, organized and their tag. Each week, I rotuinely to the top of my hard disk, including all the photos on an external hard drive (not via the backup of Adobe). Now, I have reinstalled Windows 7 and also reinstalled PSE9. When I tried to load my backup hard drive catalogs, they cannot be found, only catalogs PSE8. So I have even once converted these catalogues in the format of PSE9, but found no one of the photos I have added in the past 6 months (or when I first converted to PSE8 for PSE9). Original photos do exist, but they do not get included in the catalogue of PSE9 after reinstallation. How can I get that back? I now need to reload all the photos I took during the 6 months and retag all? Or y at - it an easier way to get back them on PSE9 (marked and organized)?

  Search your hard drive for backup to *.pse9db.  If you find these files, restore the directory and its subdirectories, then point PSE to this directory using the file... Catalogue... Custom location.

  Sorry its too late for you back up or save your data if you are unable to enter the password for your phone.

  The only option you have is if you backup icloud, go to a Terminal Wifi known as your home and a plug to a power source and it automatically backs up your phone.

  It is why you save or import your photos on a regular basis and not in times of crisis.

  If you use windows 7, start menu open then choose "all programs" and find "windows fax and scan" and open > then go to the lower left choose scan and then in the main menu, choose "new scan".

  1: what version of previous mail? Win7 has no default program.

  2: is it a POP3 account? Open a new message window and then attach the photos. No need for supplements.

  Just bought the HP Photosmart D110 yesterday and cannot scan.  I'm on a Mac (OS 10.6.4) and whenever I try to scan something, I get the following message:

  Looks like you have either a conflict between the old and the new HP software, or a corrupted installation of the Hp software.

  We can remedy easily enough.

  First, go here and download the latest version of the HP software on your desktop.

  Then we'll run the cleaning brush to remove all software that has been installed HP.

  To run the scrubber,

  Go to Applications/library/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP

  Click on continue

  Highlight your device in the left pane

  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt, as well as Apple and click on uninstall

  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software.  (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled, this is why we do not run this thing all the time)

  Click on continue

  Let the full scrubber .

  Then start the HP software, you just download and follow throughout the installation procedure

  the operating system can find updates and others. If it asks you if you want to download them, accept you.

  You need a better image, so as to print well.  If you print the 680 x 800 pixels that you they would print 8 1/2 "x 10" at 80 dpi a very soft image of low resolution.
