  I JUST got my blackberry and am so confused.  There is so much to learn... but first, I need to know how and where my contacts because they don't show in my address book.  When I type in the actual call numbers and the press, the name of the contact but when I try and text someone, there is no name in my address book to send text to!

  Please HELP as soon as possible.  I consider myself very good w / technology, but I'm having difficulties with this.

  So when you go into the address book, display the menu, select SIM Phone Book. All the names are actually after it is loaded. If so try to display the menu and select copy all to the address book. If you have already done this the and address book is displayed check empty and make sure that no filter is enabled. In the address book displays the menu and select filters and make sure nothing is checked

  Try to start with high privilege. Right click on the .exe and click "Run as Administrator".

• The user incorrect name/password when you attempt to receive messages on Windows Mail

  For the past 2 years my email worked fine and now all of a sudden I am unable to pick up E-mail from 2 to 5 email accounts that I have set up on Windows Mail. The exact error message is:

  I have 3 other accounts on the same server and they all work very well and the properties are the same on all 5 of these accounts. I have not installed any new programs or updated anything before it happens. It's already happened and I just deleted the account and readmitted, find something has been altered, and then it worked fine. This time I tried to remove the two accounts and readmitted them and they still won't work.

  It's very frustrating and any help would be appreciated. I'm under Visa SP2, Internet Explorer 9, Windows Mail 6.

  Winmail opener has a number of issues, in particular with antivirus software (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  What seems to work for some is to delete the account completely and then close WinMail and reopen it, then add the account back once again, as you did.  It can help to compact and repair the database first (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).  Also check via webmail account is functional.

I opened the html page in the code editor for cpanel and watched links structured the same as the pages that work. Any ideas anyone has would be greatly appreciated.   I have a 5 c iphone / ios 7.1.2 and when I send a SMS my name does not appear on the sent message (in other words when I send a text message to the recipient doesn't know who he is).

  This has nothing to do with your device, which is at the end of the receiver. They are the one that is to put your name in contacts for what appears on their device. What happens when you send a message is your phone number is sent and their camera captures these credentials to the appellant and that you appear in their contact list, your name appears. Have your friend check their contacts on their device.

  I recently noticed that when I compose an email on my Z30 and begin to fill in the name, a lot of unfamiliar names appear on my suggested list.   When you compose an email and begin typing a name or address of the recipient, the app will present suggestions using addresses the device has 'seen '. These 'SUV' names or addresses could come from messages you have received, or that you have sent, not only the messages in your address book. You can delete these individually or mass in the Hub settings.

  I have no answer to your contacts in your contacts (address book) application that you add, or accept an invitation if this is the case. It may depend on whether you mean the local address book or an address book online that you added by adding an account to the device.

  I have a quiz 8 Captivate, I have been struggling with - having several questions, but I'll deal with this one first.  Right now, it's the button continue.  It is supposed to only appear when the answers of the quiz are correct (70% to 'continue').  When the answers below the minimum of 70%, the Retake Quiz button, makes however the continue button.  Is there a solution for this?  BTW, the is my button, a smart shape, I did and use it as a button to continue.

  The standard button to continue on the Quiz results slide appears always right from the beginning of this slide.  You cannot see towards the end of the time, or show/hide with advanced Actions.  One option that you have is hide it under one of the other buttons (for example the quiz recovery button).  Simply place this right on top of the button continue.  Then the learner can not see until they have passed the quiz or exhausted their attempts.
