  Did you remove the prefs when you uninstalled? It may be enough to replace (see replace your preferences), but if you have an account that works consider rename the two files listed Adobe inthat link, then copy the same files to the account of work.

  I never liked CC on my computer.  It's very weird things, to freezes sometimes and I converted CS6 and updated to the latest version, which is of course far behind what CC is to (v 10 something now?).  However, when I open my newly saved as file IDML Indesign CC file, he loses the file name, I gave and it reopens as 'Untitled'- and it drives me crazy.  What is going on???

  Normal behavior. IDML files always open as untitled.

  I create an interactive pdf with function "hidden so that triggered" when rolling to apper and spread up to disapper and also choose a "Printable" function (button and Forms / Options PDF / printable).

  The image can be print when opened at the beginning, but after the outbreak of these image skins... these images cant be just print!

  Is it possible to print the image hidden after the outbreak?

• Try to download InDesign CS6 and I can't. I keep getting error messages...

• InDesign CS6 and Arial Narrow

  I have been with CS5, had problems with the Arial Narrow font not appear as four variations but only one and finally got it solved somehow so that I had a font distinct, listed as Arial Narrow in the name of the font drop-down list and four variants listed in the other drop-down list (all separate from the font Arial with its four variations). I know I deleted the AdobeFnt*.lst files. I know that I tried the fix that I found a lot of Google research, but he said that it didn't apply to my system. In addition, I do not know what fixed the problem and I remember wanted a lot of trial and error, but finally I solved it.

  A few days ago I installed CS6 on my system for the first time, and now I got the same problem again. I have spent all afternoon trying to solve, but without success.

I have a lot of InDesign documents that use Arial Narrow, so now when I open one of them, I have a lot of lack of references to the police. If I could get properly reinstalled Arial Narrow once more, they would all disappear.

  There is a very old thread on this somewhere, but the solution was to copy the fonts to a machine running XP/Office 2000, if I remember.

• InDesign CS6 and Adobe Viewer - unable to view Folio

  So today, I upgraded to CS6. But when I went to update one of my Folios I couldn't see from my iPad application Adobe Content Viewer. I get the error message...

  Problem is when I goto the App Store, there is no update for the content viewer.

  Y at - it an update waiting for approval from Apple or I did something wrong. I even tried a new Folio test but with the same error. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

• Problem of a Photoshop CC in a document InDesign CS6 image preview

  I don't know if this is the right thread to post this question, but here goes!

  Today, I launched Photoshop CC for the first time. Running on Mac OS 10.8.5. Seems to work well. I can see previews of the images in my windows in the finder without problem. BUT... when I go to place a new Photoshop CC image in a document, InDesign CS6 and place you in the correct folder the new images I saved today have no overview. The oldest recorded in Photoshop CS6 preview very well.

  I return to Photoshop CS6 to get this working correctly? Any notice received with gratitude.

  I almost never use this feature, but I remember well, it's that the gap corresponds to that set for the width of the gutter in the configuration of the initial document dialog. Change this in layout > margins and columns would probably do the trick.

• The graphics are pixelated when you import of Pagemaker 7.0 in Indesign CS6

  I'm working on a comprehensive program that has been done in Pagemaker 7.0.  I now Indesign CS6.  Many of these images are too pixelated for printing.  How can I fix it?  I find also that several times I place a pdf or jpeg that worked well in Pagemaker in InDesign and it's rasterized.  How should I do?  I can solve this problem?
