  I fix this error by looking in the other forums.

  Apparently, there is a bug where if your Windows account name is longer than 12 characters, you can not install InDesign.  My administrator account name is 13 characters.  I created a second administrator account with the name 'test' and I could then install InDesign without any problem.

  I hope that others who have the same problem I found this to be useful.

  Recently, I was incapable of analysis for any new thinapps. After selecting the scan for the new thinapps, selecting the repository, then the thinapp scan bombs with "Server Error" "unable to extract the details of the network applications: MsgShuttingDown.

  If the verification that the other CB is as recommended Mittim does not help, you happen to use ThinApp 4.7.2 to capture the application? There is a known issue with ThinApp 4.7.2 and 4.6.x, the current solution is to use 4.7.1 or earlier to capture the apps.

  Open the fonts using Windows Explorer file and try to copy from its current folder in the folder root of the site on your hard drive and see if you get a Windows error.

  Do not use DW to import the file to the site.

  I guess that the file you are trying to copy is protected.

  What is the size of your external hard drive and what is the available free space? Open my computer-> right click on the external hard drive-> properties. You will not be able to copy more data if the disk is full, or who have less space compared to the size of the file you are trying to copy.

  You need to remove the order data to make the space more. Deleted data from the device USB will be permanently deleted and will not be stored in your Inbox, so take care while eliminating unnecessary data.
