  In the afternoon of August 24, I lost a feature on my Start Page of Mozilla Firefox and I can't understand how to get it back. It is the Google search box in the middle of the page.   Since I've updaed to the latest version of InDesign, when I go to change the height of the page in my configuration of document it resizes now from the center of the document rather than the upper part. This means for the publication I work on if I'm going to change the height of the page, where as it used to give me a nice bit of space at the bottom to add extra content now means that I have to move everything back up every time I have to resize the page.

  Firefox 20.0.1 (FF) works very well and I can drag the box of progress on my screen to my heart's content. Although there no small cross at the top right I can get rid of him by my mouse over the icon (ff), pinned to taskbar program in hover. This gives me a box of progress of installation with small cross, click and his party. That is until I got close and restart (ff) and back it comes in the middle of the screen. I tried to get rid of it through CTRL-ALT-DEL Task Manager, but even once, it reappears on start up (FF) I also stripped (ff) of my machine, once using widows uninstall/change of MS program features and for the second time by using third-party software as soon as I reinstall (ff) new same old problem.

  Lately the print when I print a document arrives at halfway of the printer, and then it goes back into the printer. The window says 'let dry ink '. The printer has an error message but when I click on the red X on the window, completed copy will come back. No idea why? Just started doing so a week ago.

  The printer will back the paper to print on the back if "Duplexing automatic" is selected.  Check the settings of the driver.  What is the error message?  The troubleshooting steps described here can help solve if there is a paper jam message.

  Hey JJ - B,.

  You cannot use a black cartridge in both slots. The print head channels are different for print 3 colors in a slot vs only black print out on each other. Using black in the two slots certaining most will cause errors and possibly damage the printer.

  Is there a reason you want to run the two blacks to be with? You can still print with only the back cartridge installed.
