Input power

Why the input voltage is .632V, equal to 0dBm?  My calculation formula is 10log10 (0.632*0.632*1000/50)?

0.224 Vrms = 0,632 Vpp = 0 dBm = 1mW for a 50 ohm load

  • The WRT54G and DC input power versions.

OK, I have many, many models and versions.  I have a WRT54G v1, V1.1, V2... V8, I also of the WRT54GS WRT54GL and others, many other things of Linksys, almost everything in the blue and black of varying sizes boxes.

I have a devil of a time when I reconfigure my network or the woman changes the furniture.  I'd like a single document that lists power specifications and the requirements of adapter for devices of Athens... I can't find them anywhere on Linksys website.  I've searched and searched and nowhere can I find a list of consolidate.  I searched the forums and found many individual inscriptions, but it is a pain.

Someone at - it a list of the power DC specifications, sizes of barrel and other things necessary to buy a replacement power adapter.

This http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linksys_WRT54G_series page lists a lot of information but does not list this critical information...  If someone send me the list, I'll try to get it posted it.  I'm amazed that Linksys does not listed it some here.  Lose a wall wart should not be a reason to pull you hair, just a simple purchase, if they do not want their stock, then at least tell us what they are.

And Yes, I lost almost all the manuals...

Well it is not possible to find the specification of power supply for all cards in a single list. You must manually locate each model number of your router and check their record and note the power adapter specification.

  • Power with Pro 4340 Sat problems

    Hello

Since I replaced my cd player, I have a very big problem with my battery. The new drive works fine but battery led flashes very fast (abnormal fast) and the battery is not more (that is 91%). I can't use the battery more because the laptop is not starting from the battery. I have two batteries, but none of them works. I can only use the laptop with AC plugged in and the indicator light flashes (orange). I checked the battery with a multimeter and all right, so I really don't know what the problem is. There must be something like a card in the motherboard as the input power is 15v, is there something wrong with?
(btw. I already checked the cables)

    Thank you very much!
    Elmer

    Hello Elmer

In my opinion there is some problem with electronic power supply to the motherboard. Abnormal, fast flashing battery LED is not known to me, just flashes code.

In my opinion, you should contact partner in your country. Talk with them and seek advice. Maybe they can check the device.

    Hello

4500th HP printer shows the input power 100-240 v on the body of the printer. The printer was purchasedin us. and the carton marking of 110v. Has anyone used a 220 V for this model entry [purchsedin usa].

The specifications of the printer indicates 100-240 V, but show also gave a warning that the powerrequirement is a country.

Do one simple thing very confusing!

The sheet is depending on the country.

If the input power is from 120 to 240, and the input frequency is 50-60 Hz then it should work anywhere as long as you have the correct ac taken or adapter.

I read posts where people were wrong to find ink for a printer US while they were out of the country, so take extra if you might need.

I have install a DesignJet printer every now and then and they come with 4 cables of ca, I throw 3 because they are all for US power outlets.  Point being that they will run not WE or US power supply. These printers cost a bit more than yours.

  • AC/DC power adapter PSA18R - 120P for Iconia Tablet A100, A101, A200, A210, A500.

My A210-10g16u Iconia has found himself quickly against sporadic failures charging to a failure.  Anyone with a similar experience?

    • After I turned on tablet of AC to check the charging time.  Before the stop I noticed battery power not ca.  Tablet ran strong on battery and recharged normally.  Yet once I turned it on to AC to check the weather and before stop noticed the power source has been battery not ca.  Crazy; charged very well, she then rejected food.  Strong continuous tablet on battery but come then reload orange light has been on for a few seconds or not at all. Curiously, charge indicator on occasionally to the newer, more stringent outlets, then a surge protector, but for no more than six or seven seconds.
    • It was then that I remembered my A210 some refills back had fallen to about three feet on a well padded mat, shock absorption. I had checked to see if something was loose.  Each connection was tight and the son seemed fine, including the input power.
    • I tried to reload; same problem: battery light came occasionally on some points of sale closer but never more than six or seven seconds. In seeking outings more tight to determine if the problem was the transformer or the 18W CA Clip, the clip broke.  Having broken so easily, I thought that the clip must have caused a problem contact so I ordered a new Acer.
    • Received the clip $ 4.99 in 3 days and... nothing: no indicator of any take charge.  The so called from switching power supply, i.e., transformer, gives this occasional slight spark when the new clip is connected, but there is no warming of the transformer, no power of the Tablet input.

Certainly the easy answer is to try another charger.  But the A210 and sister units cylindrical connector feeds 12 volts DC 1.5 Amp of entry.  In this day of Chargers USB corresponding entry and exit is already quite difficult without a connector obsolete barrel makes it largely impossible.  I'm call Acer and see if I can get a reference to a nearby authorized service center.  Perhaps such a centre or other repair facilities can at least connect a corresponding charger.  But I suspect that the internal charger is a failure.  That's why I'm looking for anyone with a similar experience. If the battery remains strong, I used the camera on AC quite often several months wonder so if this turned out to be bad for the internal charger.
    Thank you.

Well, it's resolved myself by visiting a repair center that uses a voltage/amperage meter to determine that the switching power supply barely sends all power to the tablet. Fortunately, this charger is fairly easy to replace through the Internet. As stated in my titled topic, it is part of Acer PSA18R-120P and adapts to many of the old tablets with USB power shaped barrel, no entries.

One interesting share side. I asked the repair specialist if my habit to leave the rest AC Tablet after the load when it happens to be close to where I'm located could have shortened life charger. He said no, but this practice could hurt the cells of battery as well shorten battery life. The result would be a scenario in which the battery level decreases by 100, or say, 99 percent, up to about 92 or 91% very quickly. I have not actually experienced such a situation, but will take into account his warning as a precaution.

  • HP Pavilion 27xi US power adapter will work in the United Kingdom?

Hi, I am trying to import the HP Pavilion 27xi to the United Kingdom that HP won't seem to be released in Europe and I love the look of this montor, I must have it. My question is will be connected the adapter that comes with the work of the American model in the United Kingdom with a UK power cable or do I need some sort of votage converter.

    Cheers.

    raven77,

    These external power supplies used with laptop computers, monitors, televisions, computers AIO, etc. generally have a range of voltage of 100v - 240v alternating current. Just her remember, I went and looked up the specs of the HP Pavilion 27xi 27 inch diagonal IPS LED backlit screen. This page has not had the information I was looking for, so I enterd the HP p/n in HP PartSurfer's who stated that the following HP products also use same power supply external;

2511 x 25 inches diagonal screen ACL from HP
    HP 2711 x 27-inch diagonal LCD monitor
    HP 25BW MONITOR
HP PAVILION 25xi 25 inch IPS MTR WE
HP PAVILION 27XI 27 INCH IPS MNT WE
HP Pavilion 27bw 27 inch IPS MNT WE

    I then looked at the specs for the HP 2711 x 27-inch diagonal LED display who, according to the HP PartSurfer, uses the same power supply as the HP 27xi and found the following;

    -AC/DC adapter rated input power source: 100 to 240 v ~

    Frequency: 50 ~ 60 Hz

Power consumption: 40 Watts max power consumption (30 Watts typical energy consumption).<1 watt="" energy="" saving="">

On this basis the external power supply for HP 27xi should accept 100-240v, 50-60 Hz input and function as expected. You should only need a compatible power cable to connect the power supply to the sector.

    Please send Bravo

  • Envy 15 1060ea power not on

    Hi all

Recently, my envy 15-1060ea notebook turns off when I was 1-0 against Real Madrid on Football Manager with hearts (true!) and will not feed back.

I've done a hard reset, now when I press the power button the next charging light the AC input power blinks 3 times (which, according to HP customer support for Web pages, indicates a problem with the RAM)...

.... I opened and replaced the two modules of RAM to brand-new, did another hard reset and IM STILL GET 3 FLASHING LIGHTS and no start.

If anyone has had this problem or knows how to help me here?

Im having withdrawals FM and think that I could kill someone if this is not resolved as soon as possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    See you soon

    Scott

    Hi @scottymutt,
    Welcome to the HP Forums.

I see that you are having a problem getting the laptop to power on. I will try to help you with this.

I had to look at the issue, I thought something was far from where you led with flashing codes.

Flashing capslock or numlock, would do anything in this table:

LEDs near blink of caps lock shift keys and digital lock when starting laptop

The led near the caps lock shift keys and numlock blinks if a fault is detected during the boot process. The LEDs flash multiple times in a sequence and then stops. The number of flashes of the sequence indicates which item caused an error when it was tested when starting upwards.
  • C7000 Blade Server pregnant (chassis) Power Options

I am trying to determine if a c7000 blade system enclosure that has been configured as single-phase factory can be converted into three-phase changing the single-phase power supply (413379-B21) on a three-phase supply (413380-B21) which seems to be a plug-in unit.  Thank you, David.

After obtaining a categorical 'NO' chat online pre-sales HP, I got a definitive 'YES' of after-sales service to Insight.com

The c7000 can be converted in the field of single phase to the phase or contrary with the power of part of appropriate service module.  I saw the following on different forums, but here it is again to add to the answer I received.

Annex D: conversion of energy into a case of class c

    Convert a single-phase c7000 Enclosure 3 - Phase Enclosure and a box of 3 phases with a single

    Speaker phase.

To perform a conversion of the corresponding spare part number must be ordered through spare parts. In North America

Service spare parts can be ordered through the HP parts store at:

    http://h20141.www2.HP.com/hpparts/default.asp?EE=InvChr

Local spare parts stores and distributors of spare parts for other regions are

    http://h20141.www2.HP.com/hpparts/country_choice.asp

Use the table below to order the right spare part to replace the original module.

    Spare part Description plug Type

    L15 - 30 p of phase entry module 3 in America of the North/Japan 413495-001

    413496-001 IEC309 International Input Module 3 phases, red, 5-pole, 16A

    413494-001 single-phase power Module input C19 - C20 power cord

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the correct containers and/or Infrastructure PDUS are

available before the conversion. For more information on power of cases of class c, please see the

    Class c Site Planning Guide.

    1. turn off the speaker

    2. disconnect all the power on the box cables

    3. remove the plug-in power supply hot from the front of the case

Note: The input module is difficult to remove if the power supplies are inserted into the case.

    4. unscrew the 3 screws on the module power input at the back of the enclosure

    5. remove input power Module

    6. replace by the new Module of input power

    7. tighten the 3 screws to lock the module in place

    8. replace hot pluggable power supplies

    9. Add pluggable power supplies if necessary extra hot

Note: 3 phases requires 3 or 6 power supplies to operate, extra feeds should

be ordered if necessary, the part number is 412138-B21

    10 reconnect the power cables

    11. turn the speaker power

The user must then connect to the Onboard Administrator via Telnet or SSH and the command connection

    Administrator command-line interface.

The following command must be performed to define the appropriate input module type.

  • iPad no charging current

Two of my iPads suddenly started poster "do not load" in the upper right corner recently.  A mini iPad 2 that was barely 1 month began to do this two days after hanging to a charger for the afternoon, and just tonight, I opened my iPad Air until you find that is now doing the same thing.

Both of the iPads are plugged to wall Chargers using the charger and the cable supplied with the iPad.  We have several devices Apple here in the House, so I made sure that the iPad 12W charger is used.  I also tried to hang the iPads up to different Chargers with the same result.  Other iPad and iPhone load fine on all our Chargers.

I tried to do a full reset on the iPad mini and has no effect.  At the end of the day, I went back to Costco, thinking it was defective, only to now find my iPad Air which I had for about a year is the same thing.  This cannot be a coincidence.

We had no problem with these iPads until the upgrade to iOS 10.  I upgraded the iPad iOS 10 mini and the problem started occurring about a day later.  My iPad that air has fonctionnee iOS 10 for almost 2 weeks now, I think, and it just started tonight.

There seems to be a problem with iOS10. Just going by the threads on this forum, Apple seems to have changed the minimum acceptable input power.

It doesn't seem to be much users can do but wait for a fix.

Even though it says not charging, let it set out with the screen and see if it is supported.

  • iOS 10; requires the direct source loading

Hi, someone else (always) of the problems their support since the installation of ios10 device; I now connect directly on ipad and iPhone a taken (rather than an extension cord) and even in this case not all caps will never charge. Dear Apple, we need longer cables if it is an ongoing problem

It seems to be something new with iOS10. They seem to have tweaked the levels of input power accepted a minimum.

If you have your power supply a budget work around is to buy a simple home extension and use that will gain more length.

  • How can I delete a tab in the Session Restore?

After that Firefox crashes, I sometimes get a message suggesting to delete one or more tabs to restore my session. I tried to highlight > delete, which did not work. I tried to highlight > and 'restore' in the upper part of the column to remove the check mark, but this function is still frozen (so I wonder if it never works for anybody). My only option is to start a new session.

    Hi there @LeoOfMars

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, so many other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff. I understand that you are looking to find out if a video card is compatible with your information system. I'm happy to help you with that.

The main reasons to be sure of are normally feeding you, special (to THE) cable power supply for the graphics card, on the motherboard compatible expansion slot, the drivers for your operating system, another thing to know is the physical size of the map, for moments of cases.

Looking at the specs of your system and the motherboard by default, I listed the type of slot of power and expansion.

HP Pavilion Elite e9180t Desktop PC product specifications and configurable Options

Output power of power: 460 Watt

HP and Compaq desktop PC - specifications of the motherboard, IPMTB-TK (Truckee)

Two graphics PCI Express 2.0 x 16 (for graphics cards)

Go to the video card you are looking at:

    GTX 780 3072 MB GDDR5 PCI-E 3.0 OC Custom cooled graphics card

    Input power: 1 x 8-pin auxiliary input aux input 1 x 6-pin
    Bus type: PCI-Express 3.0 16 x

    System requirements:
Mother compatible PCI Express with a slot of chart double-width x 16
Power 600W minimum (with a minimum of 12V current rating of 42A) 3
300 MB of available disk space
2 GB of memory system (4 GB or more recommended)
Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP Operating System (32 or 64-bit)
DVD-ROM drive or Internet connection for installation
DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA compatible monitor

So on a quick inspection of both devices there are three problems, so this card will not work on your motherboard or with the current power.

    I hope this helps.

  • OfficeJet Pro 6830: Officejet 6830 noise

Since the automatic last update (a few days ago), my printer started making a rhythmic whining sound (similar to an old dial-up modem) when it is in standby mode. The noise comes close the power supply to the back of the printer. Whenever the noise happens, it is accompanied by a twinkle of a yellow LED near the input power agreement.

I removed the power cable from the surge protector and plugged directly into the wall, but the problem persists. If I turn off the wireless feature, the noise changes pitch, but continues. The noise stops when the printer is turned on and working. I checked for new updates, but the printer tells me that all the current updates are in place.

I wish I had this going away, as being close to the printer (in my living room) is driving me crazy unless I unplug it.

  • sbRIO-9651 reference Carrier Board specifications

There are a little info on the reference card included in the SDK of SOM within the document http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/376960a.pdf, but it does not say for example what are the power requirements for the Board of Directors.

I put such a kit in a test area and do not want to use the power supply that came with it. I'm looking for the tolerances of the Executive Board to see what other feeds I can use. I can match the properties of the standard provision of course and it's probably what I'll do, but I expect to be able to go a little outside this range...

    Hi MTO.

The PCB for the reference carrier has a silkscreen label that refers to the necessary high input power:

9 - 16V, 25W.  The documentation for the reference carrier is deliberately light because it is not designed or put on trial for the deployed systems.  The carrier of reference exclusively to the assessment office.
